9、)等将是相应 PDT领导者。 To special issues such as process issues, suppler quality issues, business issues and so on, PDT can be built. And ME- Manufacturing Engineer, or SQE- Supplier Quality Engineer, or Buyer will be the related PDT Leader.,谁来建立和领导PDT? Who should initiate and lead a PDT?,11,PDT应按需要建立,不需强制建

Normally, PDT for certain product will be eliminated at the Start Of Pilot(SOP). 对现有产品,当CPIP清单中出现新问题时,应当成立现有产品支持PDT(如果其还未建立)。 Current Product Support PDT should be established (if they dont already exist) when issues are added to the CPIT List,PDT小组何时建立? When should my team be

16、plier,17,制造工程师(ME) 制造工程师负责制造要求(MR) 制定及面向制造装配设计(DFM/DFA)的审核 ME responsible for Manufacturing Requirement (MR) definition and Design For Manufacturing/Assembly(DFM/DFA) verification. 制造工程师负责产品装配文件(PAD) 开发 ME responsible for the development of Product Assembly Document(PAD) ME负责产品及产品工程更改方面的工艺协调。 ME res

17、ponsible for process coordinating of the product and product engineering change. ME负责汇报车间工艺如基准的更改对产品和供应商的影响。 ME responsible for reporting the influence of Shop process change such as datum to product and supplier. 供应商质量工程师(SQE) SQE负责供应商试验结果、尺寸测量结果和PPAP。SQE responsible for tracking supplier with test

18、 result, dimension measuring result and PPAP. 22、ish your teams specific requirements, deliverables and Timing (PDT Plan). 定义会议外每个成员必需和期望的工作。/Determine what each member needs and expects to get out of the meeting. 定义小组需要得到什么类型的支持培训。/Determine what type of support training is needed for the team (i.e. SIM Process, DFM/DFA, Imperative Process, PCICN

23、 Process, Statistical Engineering, etc.) 和对应的TIE举行一个先期项目的Lessons Learned回顾会 Hold a review with appropriate TIE for Lessons Learned from previous programs. 有关会议方面的共识:日期/时间/频次 Consensus on meeting day/time/frequency 建立会议规范、会议纪要等/Establish meeting norms, minutes, etc.,23,确信所有问题责任人知道他们要求参加会议。 Be sure al
