13、断提高的目标。根据祁连山甘谷司发20141号文件2014年度安全工作安排的具体要求，现公司与生产管理处签定安全生产管理目标责任书如下：一、安全生产管理责任目标1、加强对本部门安全生产工作的领导，贯彻落实国家安全生产方针政策、有关法律法规、标准及中材集团、祁连山股份公司有关文件精神；全面运行安全管理及应急体系；健全、完善安全生产制度和操作规程；采取有效措施减少直至杜绝安全生产事故的发生。2、与公司签订安全生产目标责任书，在一个月内将安全责任目标层层分解至班组与个人并签订安全目标责任书；负责与土建施工等相关方按时签订专项（外包施工）安全生产管理协议书； 3、开展危险源的普查、辨识与分级，并建立三级

16、“四不放过”落实率未达到100，考核当月绩效工资的3%。7、安全生产控制指标考核A、部门生产、检修与管理工作过程中发生一起重特大安全生产事故，考核事故责任部门5000元，否决事故责任部门全年各季度安全单项奖，根据责任大小对事故责任部门负责人记过、降职直至免职等行政处分；对公司全体员工考核当月绩效工资的20；事故责任部门不得参评公司年度各类先进评选；B、部门生产、检修与管理工作过程中发生重伤或因工死亡事故（1人/起），考核事故责任部门4000元，否决事故责任部门全年各季度安全单项奖，根据责任大小对事故责任部门负责人记过、降职直至免职等行政处分；对公司全体员工考核当月绩效工资的10；事故责任部门不
