3、to a City Budget Hotel to cater specifically for foreign tourist. These buildings comprise of a library, a recreation area with a gym and an indoor basketball court. Negotiator: team leader (us ),Buyer,First Negotiation issue-Payment,PAM :spread out over 10 years at S$30million a year DARE: A yearly

4、 payment of S$ 60 million over 5 consecutive years,Second Negotiation issue-fees,DARE :PAM to perform all submission and fees payment of $10,000 to relevant authority for the approval to convert PAM :DARE to perform an overall building check to ensure that the building is safe for PAM to take over f
