To raise peoples living standard, we must practice birth control.,However, just as the English proverb goes “every coin has its two sides”, it is also the same truth of birth control. And recently, this policy is highly debatable.,There are disadvantages of a family having more chi

5、ldren. First of all, as the parents have only limited income in general, they cannot give their children a good upbringing in food, clothing and shelter, let alone education. Secondly, child-rearing（抚养子女） will exhaust the parents, leaving them no time and energy to look after their work. Lastly, a f

8、 it launched a debate between supporters and objectors. One consisted by lawyers, teachers, and mainly clergymen believe this kind of doing is immoral. Especially the clergymen, they say its no better than murder. Other factors including education and Aging population are also not ignorable. To solv

9、e such a complex and complicated problem, we need conduct a prudent, thoughtful plan that will regard all kind of factors. It requires extremely patient.,The eventual solution to the birth control must be found, not in a new announced policy or some limit to resources using, but in understanding of

10、the relationship among mankind, human society, and nature. But it did not mean those policy and laws are not necessary. We need those enforcement and control policy until most people could understand the position of mankind and break the chain to that old useless foolish custom.
