10、 function of immobiliser on this vehicle. Data of the immobiliser or DTC can be read from DLC3 of the vehicle. When a trouble occurs on immobiliser, MIL does not light up but DTC inspection is performed.,1.PRE-CHECK,预检查,1.诊断系统 （a）说明：电脑控制该车的停机功能，停机数据或DTC（诊断故障代码）可以从汽车的DLC3（3号诊断插座）读取。停机系统出现故障时，MIL（故障指示

11、灯）不会亮，而是需要执行DTC检查。,Therefore when there seems to be a trouble on immobiliser, use TOYOTA hand-held tester or SST to check and troubleshoot it.,所以感觉到停机系统有故障时，使用丰田手持测试仪或SST（专用维修工具）去检查并进行故障排除。,(b) Check the DLC3 The vehicles engine ECU uses ISO 14230 for communication. The terminal arrangement of DLC3

12、complies with SAE J1962 and matches the ISO 14230 format.,（b）检查DLC3 汽车的发动机ECU（电子控制模块，俗称“电脑”）使用ISO 14230通信标准。DLC3的端子按照SAE J1962标准进行排列并且符合ISO 14230标准格式。,2.INSPECT DIAGNOSIS (Normal Mode)(a) Check the DTC using the hand-tester.NOTICE! Hand-tester only: When the diagnosis system is switched from normal

13、mode to check mode, it erases all DTCs and freezed framed data recorded in normal mode. So before switching modes, always check the DTCs and freezed frame data, and note them down.,2.检查诊断（普通模式） 注意！手持测试仪只有：在诊断系统从普通模式切换到检查模式时，会擦除普通模式下纪录的全部DTC和保持帧数据。因此在转换模式之前，请总是先检查DTC和保持帧数据，并将它们记录下来。,(1)Prepare the ha

14、nd-held tester.(2)Connect the hand-held tester to DLC3.(3)Turn the ignition switch ON and push the hand-held tester main switch ON.,（1）准备手持测试仪。 （2）将手持测试仪与DLC3连接。 （3）将点火开关拧到ON位置，按下手持测试仪的主开关。,(4)Use the hand-held tester to check the DTCs and freezed frame data, note them down. (2) Using SST, connect between terminals 1

16、1(TC) and 3(E1) of DLC1.(3) Read the diagnostic trouble code from malfunction indicator lamp.,（b）检查DTC（用诊断线检查） （1）将点火开关拧至ON位置。 （2）用SST连接DLC1的11(TC)和3(E1)端子。 （3）从故障指示灯读取诊断故障代码。,As an example, the blinking patterns for codes： normal, 12 and 99 are shown in the chart.,举一个代码闪烁方式的例子；图中显示的是正常、12和99号代码。,In

Start troubleshooting referring to PROBLEM SYSTEM TABLE(5) After compl

18、eting the check, disconnect terminals 13(TC) and 4(CG) and turn off the display.,（4）输出DTC “99”，说明停机系统存在故障。参考“故障症状表”开始进行故障排除。 （5）检查完毕后，拔掉13(TC) 和 4(CG) 端子的连接，关闭屏幕。,(c) Clear the DTC,The following operations will erase the DTCs and freeze frame data.,（c）清除DTC， 执行以下操作可擦除DTC和保持帧数据。,（1）使用OBD测试仪（ 符合SAE J1
