2、steam to the reboiler is stopped, all levels are pumped down to less than 10%, and all pumps are shut down. All valves to and from the system are to be manually closed. A shutdown to T&I is done prior to 1st IC4 Recycle Column 01C0114 System clearing and safing process.ConditionsThe 1st IC4 Recycle

3、Column 01C0114 is shutdown. Maintenance is required on the 1st IC4 Recycle Column 01C0114 System.NOTE: This is for Training only, and is not intended to be used as a step by step procedure.PO/MTBEGUIDELINE Ensure that Peroxidation Reactors have been shut down. Ensure forward flow from the reactors h

4、as stopped. Close reactor weir valves to 1st Isobutane Column. Ensure that the TBHP Concentration Column is feeding the TBHP Tank. Close FV-11403 on Recycle/Make-up line Ensure the valve on recirculation line upstream of FV-11403 is closed. Clear the recirculation line of liquid. Close the S0.6 stea

5、m to reboiler. De-inventory condensate from condensate system. Shut down condensate pump. Continue to reflux column on overhead reflux to cool column. If column sufficiently cooled, deinventory reflux drum to Purified Isobutane Storage Sphere through PV-11407. Discontinue reflux and shut down reflux

6、 pump when reflux drum has been deinventoried. Close reflux flow control valve to 1st IC4 Recycle Column. Using system pressure deinventory column and reboiler to 2nd IC4 Recycle Column. Close FV-11418 using FC-11418 when flow falls to zero. Block in valve downstream of FV-11418 on feed line to 2nd

7、IC4 Recycle Column. Close and block in temperature control valves on condensate return header. Open condensate pump drains and drain condensate to grade. Close pressure control valve on the purge stream from Peroxidation Purge Condensate Collection Drum to 1st Isobutane Recycle Column Condenser. Dei

8、nventory and close level control valve on process water to Degassing Drum Block in valves downstream level control valve on process water from Reflux Drum. Block in valve downstream FV-11407 on stream to Isobutane Feed Drum. Block in valve downstream FV-11406 on Reflux line. Close and block in level

9、 control valve on the Propylene Refrigerant to 1st Vent Condenser. Close and block in level control valve on the Propylene Refrigerant to 2nd Vent Condenser. Block in valve upstream LV-11460 on Propylene Refrigerant to 1st Vent Condenser. Deinventory level in Recycle Vent Condensate Drum to Purified

10、 Isobutane Storage tank and when flow falls to zero. Shut down 1st Isobutane Column Vent Condenser pumps. Block in valve downstream of LV-11468 on isobutane to 1st IC4 Recycle Column Drum Reflux 01D0116. Close and block in flow control valve on N20 nitrogen to overhead line of Reflux Drum.
