General ideas about checking:关于验收的基本概念There are several phases of checking in the process of a Wall drainage project. There is the check of the calculati

3、on, the training on site with standard training schedule, the on site checking during installation and the final checking. After every on site checking there must be made a report (checking report form). This report must be sent to all the related partners to this project. It is the regional manager

4、s task to choose the relevant parties. This is different for several seizes of projects.All the material must be from Geberit, only if the technical consultant together with the regional manager decides otherwise.同层排水项目进程当中有几个验收阶段. 分为设计计算的确认，按照培训进度表在现场进行培训，现场安装检查和最终检查，在每一次现场检查之后必须写一份报告 (验收报告格式).此报告必

8、 with 3要求质保书的最终检查需要的文档标注33. Checking of the layout of the pipes验收管道的走向The checking is done by visual check. We measure that all the diameters and the dimensions of the installation are the same as on the installation drawings. All the horizontal changes of direction must be done by 2 x 45 bends. The

9、 change from horizontal to vertical pipes must be done under 88,5. The change from vertical pipes to horizontal must be done under 45. For a drainage installation the slope is important, all the pipes must have slope (at least 0.5% towards EN 12056). 0% slope or negative slope cannot be accepted. 此验

11、ainage system. All the material must be from Geberit, only in special cases and approved by a technical consultant other material is allowed. The welding must be done by the trained workers, they will receive a certificate that they are allowed and trained to weld the Geberit HDPE pipes.所有连接形式必须由吉博力

The ax difference can go up to 1

(follow strictly the Geberit application book)对焊管道的厚度必须均匀而且达到管壁厚的1/2，焊接的管道必须对齐中心线，中心线的偏移不得超过1mm.（严格按照吉博力应用手册执行） Electric couplings电焊管箍The yellow indicator must be seen, for bigger diameters the sticker must be colored black.Deformation of the electric couplings bigger then 1 mm of the surfaces

14、is not allowed; these couplings must be changed and replaced by a piece of pipe and 2 new couplings.On both sides there must be traces of the use of sand paper on the pipe, no traces of the use of sand paper can be found on the coupling.(follow strictly the Geberit application book)电焊结束后，黄色的指示标记必须完全

18、tallation. The scale is marked on the outside of the socket.Every expansion socket must be followed by a fix point. The expansion socket can be used in horizontal as well in vertical pipes.(follow strictly the Geberit application book)层与层之间的立管上至少需要一个膨胀伸缩节膨胀伸缩节插入的深度取决于安装时的温度。在伸缩节的外壁有相应的尺寸标记。每一个膨胀伸缩节处

Checking of the duofix installation and pre wall验收duofix水箱的安装以及假墙The duofix must always be installed on the concrete, not on the layer above the concrete (except when specifically the technical consultant agreed on doing it differently). The du

20、ofix must be fixed to the floor and to the back wall, at least four fixation points are necessary. The duofix must be installed in a way that the finished pre wall is parallel to the finished back wall. 吉博力杜菲斯（Duofix）水箱必须固定在混凝土楼板上，而不是在混凝土上面的装饰层（如有特殊情况，只有吉博力公司技术顾问和区域经理一起才能决定不同的做法）Duofix水箱必须固定于地板和墙壁上，

22、ds, especially in very wet environments complete water rejecting panels are necessary. The thickness of the panels must be at least 18mm (or equivalent to 18 mm gypsum board). 24、ight. The checking person should stand on the toilet and no significant movement can be seen at the toilet. The toilet can bear 400kg.壁挂式的坐厕必须要按照培训示范地安装，安装手册应在在培训前给予，坐便器的螺栓必须安装牢固. 检验时站在坐便器之上应该没有明显的可见移动. 正确安装的坐便器能承受400公斤重量. 7.
