22、017741510180015103. 安装说明及养护细则3.1、梁体及墩台与支座接触部位混凝土等级不得低于C40(局部承压强度不小于20Mpa),支座上、下座板的承载混凝土应按JTJ02189公路桥涵设计通用规范中局部承压的有关要求配置相应的钢筋网。3.2、支座下面建议设置支承垫石,支承垫石的表面应平整,为保证下支座板与支承垫石的密贴,施工时支承垫石顶面可适当预留调平层厚度,支承垫石顶面与下支座板结合面四角高差不得大于2mm。支承垫石的高度应考虑支座养护、检查的方便和支座更新时顶梁的可能性,并应于支座周围采取有效的排水措施。3.3、支座就位前,于支承垫石处根据图4及表4提供的螺栓平面布置尺寸

23、和预留孔直径及深度预设预留孔。3.4、用起重机吊起支座,将下锚固螺栓从地面伸进下座板螺孔,带上螺帽,然后将支座慢慢放到垫石上,调整支座位置,从旁边开孔灌注环氧砂浆;若梁为现浇梁,将上锚固螺栓从上面伸进上支座板带好螺栓,调整位置后将上锚固焊接在钢筋网上,然后浇注混凝土;若梁为预制梁,则需将上锚固螺栓先预埋在梁体中,起重机吊梁时将螺栓伸进支座螺孔。3.5、在墩台上设置灌注砂浆工艺槽,待支座就位对中并调整水平后,用环氧砂浆(按重量计6101环氧树脂为100,二丁脂为17,乙二胺为8,砂为250)或高标号水泥砂浆灌注地脚螺栓预留孔及支座底板垫层,待砂浆硬化后撤除调整水平用的垫块,并用环氧砂浆填满垫块位置。环氧砂浆要求灌注密实,不得留有空洞。3.6、支座若采用焊接连接时,应在墩台支承垫石及梁体上设置平整度较高的预埋钢板,预埋钢板上应设置一定数量的锚固钢筋,为保证预埋钢板下混凝土的密实度,预埋钢板上应预留适量的排气孔。预埋钢板边长应大于相应支座上、下支座板边长至少50mm。预埋钢板与支座上、下支座板采用分段不连续焊接方式,以免温度过高烧坏聚四氟乙烯滑板及硅脂。焊后
