18、y-friendly, low production costs, promote the use of very broad prospects, and is expected to make a good economic and social benefits.附录4中文译文2磁性研磨加工技术 利用磁场中的磁性磨料所产生的磁磨压力进行磁性研磨加工时机械零件表面光整加工的又一新工艺。目前,已对零件的内圆面、外圆面、平面、成形面等表面及几何形状复杂的中小型零件表面进行了磁性研磨加工的开发研究。从原理上讲,它可以对任何几何形状的表面进行精密光整加工。因此,有着十分广阔的应用前景,必将产生良好

19、的经济效益和社会效益。1、 磁性研磨的加工原理 给定一对磁极,在两磁极间形成了一个磁场,就充满磁能并且产生磁感应强度。如果在磁极中填充一种既具有磁性又具有切削能力的复合磨料磁性磨料,磨料磨粒将紧密地、有规则地排列起来,形成“磁刷”。 在磁性磨料磨粒的“磁刷”中,置入被加工工件,“磁刷”产生的磁力将以“压力”的形式作用于工件表面上。为了实现对工件表面的加工,还必须给工件的运动方式旋转运动和轴向运动。随着工件与磁性磨料磨粒间相对运动的产生,磁性磨料磨粒对工件表面产生磨削,实现工件表面的再加工。由于工件表面的粗糙不平处、毛刺以及棱边、尖角等都是磁感应强度大和磁力线几种的部位,因而这些部位首先得到加工

20、,从而达到去除毛刺和表面光整加工的目的。磁性研磨过程中,单颗磨粒在磁场作用力、磁场保持力和切向摩擦力的共同作用下,使磨粒稳定地保持在加工间隙中,实现对工件表面的研磨加工。同时处在加工区域外部的磁性磨料磨粒由于受磁场力的作用,将自动向工件加工区域汇集,填充于磁极和工件之间参与加工,形成一个完整和连续的加工过程。3、 磨粒的磨削机理 在磁性研磨加工中,磁性磨料是由微粉磨粒组成的磨粒群,在磁场中受到磁力的作用而压向工件表面,磨料受力情况如前所述。根据精密切削理论和摩擦学理论,可以得知磨粒在磁性研磨加工中与工件表面产生接触滑擦、挤压、刻划和切削等现象。因此磁性研磨的磨削机理主要包括以下几方面: 1、微量切削与挤压作用; 2、多次塑变磨损作用; 3、摩擦腐蚀磨损作用; 4、电化学磨损作用;
