...................................44摘要1摘要本次毕业设计的任务是完成汽车压缩机前缸盖的加工工艺和相关夹具的设计。根据生产要求和技术要求,编写了机械加工工艺卡片,并且设计了相关工序所用的工装夹具。制定合理的工艺要求,可以提高压缩机的制冷效果和密封效果,也能够提高压缩机的使用寿命。机械加工工艺是实现产品设计,保证产品的质量,节约能源降低消耗的重要手段,是企业进行生产准备,计划调度,加工操作,安全生产,技术检测和健全劳动组织的重要依据,也是企业上品种,上质量,上水平加速产品更新提高经济效益的技术保证。而大批生产的GDC170型压缩机的设计采用铝合金高压铸造,通过使用数控机床、数控加工中心进行加工,保证了零件的加工精度。相应的夹具本着装卸简单,使用方便的原则,结合数控加工中心进行总体设计,以达到工件的装夹及生产技术的要求。关键字压缩机前缸盖加工中心工艺规程夹具Abstract2AbstractThegraduationdesigntaskistobecompletedafterthecarcompressorcylinderandtherearcovertheprocessingandrelatedfixturedesign.Accordingtotheproductionandtechnicalrequirements,thepreparationofthemechanicalprocessingcard,andthedesignofrelatedprocessesusedinthefixture.Formulateareasonabletechnicalrequirementcanimprovecompressorrefrigerationeffectandsealingeffect,alsotoimprovethelifeofthecompressor.Mechanicalprocessingtechnologyistoachieveproductdesign,toensurethequalityofproducts,reduceconsumptionofenergyconservationanimportantmeansEnterpriseisreadyforproduction,planningandscheduling,processingoperations,security,technicaltestingandperfectinglabororganizations,theimportantbasisEnterpriseisalsoonthespecies,onquality,onthelevelofacceleratedproductupgradetechnologytoensurecosteffective.AndtheproductionofalargenumberofGDC162typecompressordesignedwithhighpressurecastaluminumalloy,throughtheuseofCNCmachinetools,CNCmachiningcentersforprocessing,guaranteetheaccuracyoftheprocessingcomponents.Inthecorrespondingfixturehandlingsimple,easytouse,combinedCNCmachiningcentersfordesign,toachieveworkpiecefixturingandproductiontechnologyrequirements.KeywordsAbodyfrontthecompressorProcessthecentertechnologicalprocessTongs
