.............................................................................................314.2C语言程序的特点...........................................................................................................314.3C语言程序的开发步骤...................................................................................................324.4C语言编程.......................................................................................................................324.5输出结果..........................................................................................................................37第五章全文总结与展望.............................................................................................................395.1全文总结..........................................................................................................................395.2展望.................................................................................................................................39结束语............................................................................................................................................40致谢................................................................................................................................................41参考文献.........................................................................................................................................42柔性制造系统中机床调度优化研究摘要随着市场的多变以及市场对产品个性化的需求,多品种、小批量生产方式已经逐渐成为制造业的发展主流。研究批量调度的优化方法,对于先进制造业的现代化具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。本文介绍了机床调度的概念及其发展过程、研究现状和发展趋势对车间调度的各种研究方法进行了简要的介绍和比较概述了遗传算法的基本原理和步骤,介绍了遗传算法常用的一些算子,分析了遗传算法的特点,并对遗传算法的一些理论进行了讨论。对三种常见的动态事件(急件到来、设备故障、订单取消)的重调度控制方法进行了研究,并在静态调度问题研究的基础上,运用自适应遗传算法对动态调度问题进行了研究,获得了动态调度的控制策略和重调度方法。此控制策略和重调度方法可以较好地解决由于动态事件的出现而导致的静态调度方案不再适用的问题,从而保证了FMS系统在有扰动时也能持续地运行。关键词遗传算法,动态调度,柔性制造系统2FlexiblemanufacturingsysteminmachinetoolresearchonSchedulingOptimizationAbstractWithmuchchangeofthemarketandthediversificationofcustomerneed,varietyandsmallbatchproductionmodehasbecomethemainwayofmanufacturinggradually.Thestudyofoptimizationmethodforbatchschedulingisveryimportanttomodernizationofadvancedmanufacturingbecauseofitstheoreticalandpracticalinresearchesincurrentandinthefutureofjobshopschedulingareintroduced,someresearchmethodsareintroducedandcompared.Basicfoundation,processandoperationsofGAarestatedbriefly,andthecharacteristicsandertheoreticarediscussed.Thereschedulingcontrolmethodofthreedynamicevents(thearrivalofnewparts,Mechanicalfailures,canceledordersareStudied,andbasedonthestaticschedulingproblem,theadaptivegeneticalgorithmisusedforthestudyofdynamicscheduling.Inthispart,DynamicSchedulingandControlStrategyareputforward.Applicationofthecontrolstrategiesandreschedulingmethodscansolvetheproblemthattheappearofdynamiceventsledtostaticschedulingprogramisnotapply,soensuringtheFMSsystemcancontinuetooptimizetheoperationinthecaseofadisturbancehappening.KEYWORDSgeneticalgorithms,workshopscheduling,FMSscheduling,dynamicscheduling
