压泵驱动活塞作往复运动。泵的上部为空气缸，内有压缩空气换向机构，使气缸上下交替进入压缩空气，活塞上、下运动带动高压部分上、下运动，使涂料吸入并排出一定压力的涂料。气动型喷涂机一般标有压力比，比值一般为(3065)1，即当进入泵气缸内的压缩空气压力为1个大气压，涂料压力就达到3065个大气压（理论值）。6.2蓄压器蓄压器主要是起涂料液压稳定作用。因柱塞往复泵在上下两个死点时速度等于零，所以易产生压力波动。增设了蓄压器，可减少涂料在喷涂时的压力波动，提高喷涂质量。蓄压器结构比较简单，上、下有两个封头，涂料从底部进入，在进口处有一滚珠单向阀。6.3过滤器因为喷嘴的孔很小，稍有不洁就会堵塞。因此，涂料的过滤尤为重要。无气喷涂设备有两个过滤器,一是装在涂料吸入口的盘形过滤器，目的是除去涂料中的杂质污物；第二个过滤器装在蓄压器与高压软管之间，其作用是滤清残存在柱塞缸及蓄压器内的漆料。因为这些剩漆残存时间稍长，就会起皮结块，形成堵塞喷嘴的杂物。实践证明，若在喷枪的进漆处再装一个小型的管状过滤器，就可以确保喷嘴不被堵塞。过滤器的钼丝须经常清洗，以确保良好的喷漆效果。6.4高压软管蓄压器和喷枪之间用高压软管联接。对高压软管的要求是：(1)应选择与涂料源相当的工作压力的耐高压软管，否则会不安全6；(2)因为涂料中含有甲苯、
