英文原文:ControlSystemofChipHighVoltageCeramicCapacitorBasedonPROFIBUSChenZigenLiXunboFengPeifuLvQiangYuSijia(SchoolofMechatronicsEngineering,UniversityofElectronicScienceandTechnologyofChina,Chengdu610054,China)Abstract:Asthewholeelectric-machineisbecomingsmallerandthinner,functionpartsarebecomingmoreandmorehigh-voltageresistant,thechipcapacitorshoulddosomechangestomeettheserequirements.Forthisreason,wearelookingforasetofautomatedequipmenttosatisfytherequirementsabove.Inviewofthepresentsituation,acontrolsystemofautomatedproductionlinebasedonPROFIBUShasbeenproposed.BymeansofanalyzingthebasictraitsandstructureofPROFIBUSnetwork,thispaperestablishedahardwarestructureofthecontrolsystemofchiphighvoltageceramiccapacitor(CCH)basedonPROFIBUS,realizeddata-transmittingandfunction-controlling,finishedthehardwareandsoftwareconfigurationforthewholesystem.Thissystemhasbeensuccessfullyusedinsomeenterprise,realizedtheautomatedproductionofCCH,cutdownthecosts,improvedlaborproductivityandobtainedgoodeconomiceffectiveness.Keywords:PROFIBUS;ControlSystem;Configuration;PLC.1IntroductionWiththerapidlydevelopmentofLCD,LCDTVandlaptop,therearemoreandmoresurfacemountcomponent(SMC)1,chipcapacitorisoneofthem.Chipceramiccapacitorismultilayerceramiccapacitor(MLCC)2,butthemakingofSmall-capacityMLCCisrelativelydifficultinhighvoltagecapacitor.TheperformanceofchipsinglelayerceramiccapacitorissuperiortothatofMLCC,anditismuchmorecompetitivethanMLCCasfortechnologyandcosts.Withthemarketdemandincreasing,moreandmorechipsinglelayerceramiccapacitorsareused3.Inrecentyears,MLCCisdevelopinginthedirectionofhighvoltage,butwithinthecountryitremainsinthestartingstage.Somehighvoltagecircuit,forexample,highvoltagearrester,laserdeviceandelectronmicroscope,MLCCwhichusedinthesehighvoltagecircuitsisChipcapacitorenvelopedbycolophony,thefurtherintegrationofhighvoltagecircuitwasrestricted.So,wedevisedchiphighvoltageceramiccapacitor(CCH),whichfilledinthisgap.Intheinterestsofmarketdemand,itisveryurgenttoresearchthecontrolsystemofCCHbasedonPROFIBUS.Fieldbusisacommunicationnetworkwhichmainlyusedinprocessandmanufacturesautomation,whichistheintegrationoffieldcommunicationnetworkandcontrolsystem4.Thisisalsoacombinationofcomputer,communicationandcontroltechnology,isanewgenerationcontrolsystemwhichisdistributedandopenedup5.Meanwhile,thecontrolsystemofCCHisdistributedandopenedupnetwork.Theslavestationeachhastheirrolesinthenetworkofthiscontrolsystem.ThereforeitisfeasibletoapplyfieldbustothecontrolsystemofCCH.PROFIBUSisafieldbus,dependingonitsdistinguishedtraits,mightyreliabilityandparticulardesign.Fieldbusespeciallyfitstointerconnectingoftheindustryprocessmonitoringequipments4.Furthermoreitisfiguredasoneofthemostpromisingfieldbus.BasedonanalyzingthedevelopmentofCCHandPROFIBUS,thecontrolsystemofCCHbasedonPROFIBUSisdesigned.2ProfibusPROFIBUSisoneofthemostwidelyusedfieldbus,whichusesatoken-basedmediumaccesscontrolmechanismthatisaversionoftheTimedTokenProtocol6andtheMS(master-slave)waybetweenthemasterandtheirslaves.InthePROFIBUSprotocol,atokencirculatesbetweenthestationsofalogicalring,whichisimplementedonaphysicalbus.Inthelogicalringsystem,MasterstationsmanagethetokenandcontrolcommunicationswiththeSlavestations,whicharedevicesconnectedtothebusthatcannottransmitunlessauthorizedbyamaster,buteverystationwouldbecomethemasterstationifitobtainsthetokenandthetokentime.Messagesaretransmittedinamessagecycle,whichcomprisesanactionframe(requestorsendrequestframe),areplyframe(acknowledgementorresponseframe)andpossibleretires7.ThetypicalstructureofPROFIBUS-DPsystemincludesmono-masterandmulti-mastersystem.Generally,tokenpassingmodeisadoptedfordatatransmissionamongthemasters.MS(master-slave)pollingmodeisadoptedfordataexchangebetweenthemastersandtheirslaves.TheoperationofPROFIBUS-DPisbasedonMSrelationshipamongthedevicesconnectedtothenetwork.Inparticular,eachmasterisassignedasetofslaveswhichitregularlypollsonaperiodicbasis.Therighttoaccessthenetwork(andhencetopolltheslaves)isregulatedbyatokencirculatingamongthemasterswhichformalogicalringthroughthisway.Ifthenetworkworksproperly,eachmastermayholdthetokenforthetimenecessarytoperformallitsscheduledoperations.Thenthetokenispassedtothesubsequentmasterinthelogicalring.ThetimeemployedbythetokentopassthroughallthemastersofthenetworkisdefinedasthePROFIBUS-DPcycletimeandcorrespondstotheperiodwithwhichtheslavesarepolled8.3StructureofHardwareSystemThissystemisusedforautomatedcontrolofCCHproductionline,soPROFIBUS-DPnetworkisadopted.Thewholesystemconsistsofonemaster,twoslavesandsomefielddevices.SlaveAismainlyusedtogathertheinputsignalwhichcomesfromtheswitchingsensorsoftheleadfeedingmachine,tin-printmachineandassemblemachine,inthemeantime,itsoutputsignalcontrolcylindersolenoidvalve,vacuumvalveandelectromagneticrelays.SlaveBismainlyusedtogathertheinputsignalwhichcomesfromtheswitchingsensorsoftheleaddischargingmachine,andoutputsignaltocontrolcylindersolenoidvalve,vacuumvalveandelectromagneticrelays.Thecentralprocessingunit(CPU)ofthiscontrolsystemadoptstheGermancompanysSiemensSIMATICS7-300seriesmedium-sizedprogrammablelogiccontroller(PLC)315-2DP,whichpossessesfastprocessingspeed,highreliability,stronganti-jammingcapabilityandiscapableofcontrollingmedium-sizedcomplexsystems.Whenanautomaticcontrolsystemissetup,thesimpleststructureofthissystemisthemono-masterDPsystem.Generally,weadoptMScommunicationmode.AccordingtotheprincipleofMScommunication,themasterexchangesdatawithitsslavesbypolling.Thesecontrolsystemsarevaryingbecauseoftheirdifferenttask;thereforetwokindsofnetworkstructuresareusuallyadopted,whichwillbedescribedbelow.ThefirststructureofthenetworksystemisshowninFig.1.Itisasimplemono-masterDPsystem.ThemasterstationconsistsofPLCandPC.Anditsslaveismadeofthebusinterfacemoduleandsomefielddevices.TheotherI/Os,forexample,sensorsandswitches,areconnectedtothePLCofmaster.PCisusedtoeditanddebugprogram.Thetasksofthemasteraretomonitorandcontroleachslavefromlongdistance.Besides,thecontrolarithmeticofthissystemisdoneinthemaster.Itisusedtocontroltheseslavesaccordingtotherequestofwholecontrolsystem.Viathebusinterfacemodule,thefielddeviceisconnectedtothePROFIBUS-DPnetwork.Theslavestationreceivesthecontrollingcommandfromitsmasterandcontrolsthatfielddevices.Withthedevelopmentoffieldbustechnology,moreandmoreI/Omodulesaredesigned.ThestructureshowninFig.1isfeasibleandconvenient.Inthiscase,theslavesreceivedatafromDPnetworkbyitscommunicationcontrolmodule.Inordertofurtherimprovetheperformanceofcontroleachslave,itissuggestedthatthestructureofnetworksystemshowninFig.2shouldbeadopted.ThedifferencebetweenthestructureofsystemshowninFig.2andFig.1isthattheslaveinFig.2isbasedonI/OmoduleBL20,DPbuscommunicationmodules,powermodulesandswitchingofI/OmodulesareprovidedbytheGermanyTurckCompany.Thestructureofnetworkisstillamono-masterDPsystem.TheprimarytaskofmasteristhesameasthesystemdiscussedaboveshowninFig.1.Itcanmonitoreveryslaveinlongdistanceandrealizethecontrolarithmetic.TheslavesconnectwiththeI/Omodulewhichadoptsvectorcontrolmode,andtheI/OmoduleBL20connectswiththefielddevice.Inthisway,wecancontroltheentiresystembetter.TheDPmastersexchangevariousmessagewiththeirslaves.ThesemessageincludestheservicesofSRD(sendandrequireresponsivedata)andSDN(senddatawithnoacknowledge).TheDPmastersendsdatatotheirslavesandreceivesthedatafromtheirSlaveswithintheDPpollingcycletime.Toincreasethereliabilityofthedatatransmissionprocess,therearemandatoryservicesforthemasterstation.TheservicesofferedareshowninFig.3.ItisquitesignificanttosetupthiscontrolsystembasedonPROFIBUS-DP.Inthisway,thecablelengthcanbereduced,thestructureofsystembecomessimple,thereliabilityofsystemisimproved,anditmakesdesigningmoreconvenient.Whatsmore,thecontrolsystempossessesthehighlyabilityofexpansionbecausethemodeofdesignismodularized.
