英文原文ControlSystemofChipHighVoltageCeramicCapacitorBasedonPROFIBUSChenZigenLiXunboFengPeifuLvQiangYuSijia(SchoolofMechatronicsEngineering,UniversityofElectronicScienceandTechnologyofChina,Chengdu610054,China)AbstractAsthewholeelectricmachineisbecomingsmallerandthinner,functionpartsarebecomingmoreandmorehighvoltageresistant,thechipcapacitorshoulddosomechangestomeettheserequirements.Forthisreason,wearelookingforasetofautomatedequipmenttosatisfytherequirementsabove.Inviewofthepresentsituation,acontrolsystemofautomatedproductionlinebasedonPROFIBUShasbeenproposed.BymeansofanalyzingthebasictraitsandstructureofPROFIBUSnetwork,thispaperestablishedahardwarestructureofthecontrolsystemofchiphighvoltageceramiccapacitorCCHbasedonPROFIBUS,realizeddatatransmittingandfunctioncontrolling,finishedthehardwareandsoftwareconfigurationforthewholesystem.Thissystemhasbeensuccessfullyusedinsomeenterprise,realizedtheautomatedproductionofCCH,cutdownthecosts,improvedlaborproductivityandobtainedgoodeconomiceffectiveness.KeywordsPROFIBUSControlSystemConfigurationPLC.1IntroductionWiththerapidlydevelopmentofLCD,LCDTVandlaptop,therearemoreandmoresurfacemountcomponent(SMC)1,chipcapacitorisoneofthem.Chipceramiccapacitorismultilayerceramiccapacitor(MLCC)2,butthemakingofSmallcapacityMLCCisrelativelydifficultinhighvoltagecapacitor.TheperformanceofchipsinglelayerceramiccapacitorissuperiortothatofMLCC,anditismuchmorecompetitivethanMLCCasfortechnologyandcosts.Withthemarketdemandincreasing,moreandmorechipsinglelayerceramiccapacitorsareused3.Inrecentyears,MLCCisdevelopinginthedirectionofhighvoltage,butwithinthecountryitremainsinthestartingstage.Somehighvoltagecircuit,,forexample,highvoltagearrester,laserdeviceandelectronmicroscope,MLCCwhichusedinthesehighvoltagecircuitsisChipcapacitorenvelopedbycolophony,thefurtherintegrationofhighvoltagecircuitwasrestricted.So,wedevisedchiphighvoltageceramiccapacitor(CCH),whichfilledinthisgap.Intheinterestsofmarketdemand,itisveryurgenttoresearchthecontrolsystemofCCHbasedonPROFIBUS.Fieldbusisacommunicationnetworkwhichmainlyusedinprocessandmanufacturesautomation,whichistheintegrationoffieldcommunicationnetworkandcontrolsystem4.Thisisalsoacombinationofcomputer,communicationandcontroltechnology,isanewgenerationcontrolsystemwhichisdistributedandopenedup5.Meanwhile,thecontrolsystemofCCHisdistributedandopenedupnetwork.Theslavestationeachhastheirrolesinthenetworkofthiscontrolsystem.ThereforeitisfeasibletoapplyfieldbustothecontrolsystemofCCH.PROFIBUSisafieldbus,dependingonitsdistinguishedtraits,mightyreliabilityandparticulardesign.Fieldbusespeciallyfitstointerconnectingoftheindustryprocessmonitoringequipments4.Furthermoreitisfiguredasoneofthemostpromisingfieldbus.BasedonanalyzingthedevelopmentofCCHandPROFIBUS,thecontrolsystemofCCHbasedonPROFIBUSisdesigned.2ProfibusPROFIBUSisoneofthemostwidelyusedfieldbus,whichusesatokenbasedmediumaccesscontrolmechanismthatisaversionoftheTimedTokenProtocol6andtheMSmasterslavewaybetweenthemasterandtheirslaves.InthePROFIBUSprotocol,atokencirculatesbetweenthestationsofalogicalring,whichisimplementedonaphysicalbus.Inthelogicalringsystem,MasterstationsmanagethetokenandcontrolcommunicationswiththeSlavestations,whicharedevicesconnectedtothebusthatcannottransmitunlessauthorizedbyamaster,buteverystationwouldbecomethemasterstationifitobtainsthetokenandthetokentime.Messagesaretransmittedinamessagecycle,whichcomprisesanactionframerequestorsendrequestframe,areplyframeacknowledgementorresponseframeandpossibleretires7.ThetypicalstructureofPROFIBUSDPsystemincludesmonomasterandmultimastersystem.Generally,tokenpassingmodeisadoptedfordatatransmissionamongthemasters.MSmasterslavepollingmodeisadoptedfordataexchangebetweenthemastersandtheirslaves.TheoperationofPROFIBUSDPisbasedonMSrelationshipamongthedevicesconnectedtothenetwork.Inparticular,eachmasterisassignedasetofslaveswhichitregularlypollsonaperiodicbasis.Therighttoaccessthenetworkandhencetopolltheslavesisregulatedbyatokencirculatingamongthemasterswhichformalogicalringthroughthisway.Ifthenetworkworksproperly,eachmastermayholdthetokenforthetimenecessarytoperformallitsscheduledoperations.Thenthetokenispassedtothesubsequentmasterinthelogicalring.ThetimeemployedbythetokentopassthroughallthemastersofthenetworkisdefinedasthePROFIBUSDPcycletimeandcorrespondstotheperiodwithwhichtheslavesarepolled8.3StructureofHardwareSystemThissystemisusedforautomatedcontrolofCCHproductionline,soPROFIBUSDPnetworkisadopted.Thewholesystemconsistsofonemaster,twoslavesandsomefielddevices.SlaveAismainlyusedtogathertheinputsignalwhichcomesfromtheswitchingsensorsoftheleadfeedingmachine,tinprintmachineandassemblemachine,inthemeantime,itsoutputsignalcontrolcylindersolenoidvalve,vacuumvalveandelectromagneticrelays.SlaveBismainlyusedtogathertheinputsignalwhichcomesfromtheswitchingsensorsoftheleaddischargingmachine,andoutputsignaltocontrolcylindersolenoidvalve,vacuumvalveandelectromagneticrelays.ThecentralprocessingunitCPUofthiscontrolsystemadoptstheGermancompanysSiemensSIMATICS7300seriesmediumsizedprogrammablelogiccontrollerPLC3152DP,whichpossessesfastprocessingspeed,highreliability,strongantijammingcapabilityandiscapableofcontrollingmediumsizedcomplexsystems.Whenanautomaticcontrolsystemissetup,thesimpleststructureofthissystemisthemonomasterDPsystem.Generally,weadoptMScommunicationmode.AccordingtotheprincipleofMScommunication,themasterexchangesdatawithitsslavesbypolling.Thesecontrolsystemsarevaryingbecauseoftheirdifferenttaskthereforetwokindsofnetworkstructuresareusuallyadopted,whichwillbedescribedbelow.ThefirststructureofthenetworksystemisshowninFig.1.ItisasimplemonomasterDPsystem.ThemasterstationconsistsofPLCandPC.Anditsslaveismadeofthebusinterfacemoduleandsomefielddevices.TheotherI/Os,forexample,sensorsandswitches,areconnectedtothePLCofmaster.PCisusedtoeditanddebugprogram.Thetasksofthemasteraretomonitorandcontroleachslavefromlongdistance.Besides,thecontrolarithmeticofthissystemisdoneinthemaster.Itisusedtocontroltheseslavesaccordingtotherequestofwholecontrolsystem.Viathebusinterfacemodule,thefielddeviceisconnectedtothePROFIBUSDPnetwork.Theslavestationreceivesthecontrollingcommandfromitsmasterandcontrolsthatfielddevices.Withthedevelopmentoffieldbustechnology,moreandmoreI/Omodulesaredesigned.ThestructureshowninFig.1isfeasibleandconvenient.Inthiscase,theslavesreceivedatafromDPnetworkbyitscommunicationcontrolmodule.Inordertofurtherimprovetheperformanceofcontroleachslave,itissuggestedthatthestructureofnetworksystemshowninFig.2shouldbeadopted.ThedifferencebetweenthestructureofsystemshowninFig.2andFig.1isthattheslaveinFig.2isbasedonI/OmoduleBL20,DPbuscommunicationmodules,powermodulesandswitchingofI/OmodulesareprovidedbytheGermanyTurckCompany.ThestructureofnetworkisstillamonomasterDPsystem.TheprimarytaskofmasteristhesameasthesystemdiscussedaboveshowninFig.1.Itcanmonitoreveryslaveinlongdistanceandrealizethecontrolarithmetic.TheslavesconnectwiththeI/Omodulewhichadoptsvectorcontrolmode,andtheI/OmoduleBL20connectswiththefielddevice.Inthisway,wecancontroltheentiresystembetter.TheDPmastersexchangevariousmessagewiththeirslaves.ThesemessageincludestheservicesofSRDsendandrequireresponsivedataandSDNsenddatawithnoacknowledge.TheDPmastersendsdatatotheirslavesandreceivesthedatafromtheirSlaveswithintheDPpollingcycletime.Toincreasethereliabilityofthedatatransmissionprocess,therearemandatoryservicesforthemasterstation.TheservicesofferedareshowninFig.3.ItisquitesignificanttosetupthiscontrolsystembasedonPROFIBUSDP.Inthisway,thecablelengthcanbereduced,thestructureofsystembecomessimple,thereliabilityofsystemisimproved,anditmakesdesigningmoreconvenient.Whatsmore,thecontrolsystempossessesthehighlyabilityofexpansionbecausethemodeofdesignismodularized.
