Close outlet valve the highest operating pressure:0.8Mpa; each exchanger designed normal output: 120m3/h.混合离子交换器Mixed ion exchanger1X670MW 项目锅炉补给水系统 101）制水：打开进水和排水阀，待排气阀溢水时关闭，开正洗排水阀，按1520m/h 流速至排水合格（电导率 0.2us/cm，SiO2 含量（15ug/l）关正排水阀，开出水阀，投入运行。Water making: open water inlet/outlet valve, close them when the exhaust valve water spill, open washing outlet valve, operate according with flow rate 15-20m/h until drainage is qualified (Conductivity 0.2 us/cm, SiO2 content 15ug/l), close washing outlet valve, open water outlet valve, put into operation.2）反洗分层：打开反洗进水阀，反洗排水阀，大量（严格监视防止跑树脂）反洗至排水清晰透明时，逐渐关小反洗进水阀，小流量反洗至下窥视孔处见阳、阴树脂明显分界线后，关闭反洗进水阀和反洗排水阀。Backwashing the highest operating pressure:0.8Mpa; each exchanger designed normal output: 120m3/h. Regeneration of cation, anion resin is at the same time, regeneration flow rate keep same as possible.1X670MW 项目锅炉补给水系统 134 常见故障及消除COMMON FAULT Examine regularly motor temperature.5.2 保养maintenance保养主要指离子交换剂剂树脂的正常使用和贮存。Maintenance mainly indicates the normal use of the agent agent and storage of ion exchange resin.5.2.1 在机组停运前，如果锅炉补给水设备需停运时间较长（一周或更长） ，应运行至树脂失效为止。Before unit stops running, if boiler make-up water equipments need stopping running a long time (1week or longer), we should run until resin loses effect.5.2.2 在水处理设备停运阶段，应密封好罐体，以防树脂失水干燥。如果存在冻结的危险，还应在罐体内充满饱和盐水，重新投运时，应先排掉盐水，然后作数次有效的再生。At water treatment equipments stop running stage, we should seal tanks to prevent resin dehydrate dry. If there is frozen danger, we should also fill tanks with saturated brine, when put into operation again, we should drain brine first, then make several effective regeneration.1X670MW 项目锅炉补给水系统 165.2.3 如果设备停运时间较短（过夜或周末） ，只需简单地停止运行即可，重新投运时可采取再循环，直到出水水质达到正常值。If boiler make-up water equipments need stopping running a short time (a night or weekend), we should only stop running simply, when put into operation again, go recycling until water outlet meets normal value.5.2.4 因树脂在运行，再生过程中有磨损及机械损伤，每年需增添总量 38的树脂作为补充。Because resin has wear and tear of mechanical damage in run, regenerate process, add 3-8% resin of total as supplement every year.5.2.5 树脂贮存Resin storage树脂放置室内常温贮藏为宜。It is suitable to store resin indoor at normal temperature.5.2.5.1 防止冻裂。树脂本身含有 50左右水分，出厂时还含有相当的表面水分，因此在运输和保存时都要保持温度在 0以上，以防冻裂，但也不能超过 40，以免热分解。Prevent frost crack. Resin itself contains around 50% of moisture, also contain quite surface moisture when delivery, so temperature of transport & store should keep temperature above 0, to prevent frost crack, but cant be higher than 40, to prevent thermal decomposition.5.2.5.2 防止干燥失水。树脂进厂后，不要破坏其包装，防止失水。树脂已失水干燥时，千万不可使其突然与水接触，而应先将树脂浸泡于饱和食盐水中，逐步降低食盐水浓度，而后取出使用，以免涨裂。Prevent dry & dehydrate. After resin goes into the factory, dont damage its packaging, prevent dehydrate. If resin has been dry & dehydrate, dont make it suddenly contact with water, we should soak resin in saturated salt water, then take it out to 1X670MW 项目锅炉补给水系统 17use, to prevent resin rise crack.5.3 注意事项Announcements5.3.1 设备运行人员必须具备设备运行的经验和处理有害化学物质方面的培训，才能上岗操作设备。Equipment operator must have the equipment operation experience and processing harmful chemicals training, then can mount guard operating equipment.5.3.2 在使用酸、碱再生剂时要格外小心，接触这些强腐蚀化学用品会造成严重的灼伤或失明。Must be especially careful when use acid,alkali regenerative agent. Contact with these strong corrosive chemicals can cause serious burns or blindness.5.3.3 在设备附近工作时，应戴安全帽和防护眼睛。While working in the equipment nearby, should wear a hard hat and protective eyes.5.3.4 避免使用延伸型或单面型梯子去接近罐体，圆形罐体一般无法提供给单面型梯子一个平坦稳定的支撑面。如有可能，请使用宽型稳当折叠（自由站立）的梯子，并把它固定在罐体或管子上。Avoid using expanded or single tank type ladder to approach tanks, Circular tanks generally cant give single type ladder a plain stable support face. If possible, please use the wide type folding (freedom stand) ladder, and fix it in the tank or pipe.5.3.5 要打开罐体移去沉重的人孔盖板时，要格外小心。如果没有吊杆，可使用滑轮索链和其他升降设备，移去并抓住盖板。在没有确信盖板已被安全地吊起并支撑住之前，千万不要卸下盖板上的所有螺栓。When remove the heavy manhole cover plate to open tanks, must be especially careful. If there is no boom, can use pulley cable chains and other lifting equipment, remove and seize the cover plate.
