电子科学与技术专业本科人才培养方案一、专业代码与名称专业代码:080702专业名称:电子科学与技术 Electronic science and technology二、学制与学位修业年限:四年授予学位:工学学士 Bachelor of Engineering三、培养目标 本专业旨在培养具有扎实的理论基础、系统的电子科学与技术工程知识、熟练的研究技能、良好的工程素养和职业道德,德、智、体全面发展的电子科学与技术专业人才。本专业毕业生能够使用现代化的手段完成全波段电子材料、集成器件、电路与系统设计与研发、能够胜任项目管理等方面的工作,并通过终身学习实现更高的追求。四、毕业要求本专业毕业生在专业上应该掌握电子功能材料和器件设计、制备以及测试分析的基本理论和方法,熟悉电子元器件在电路与系统中应用方式,能够针对电路和系统的要求,设计出合理的器件制作工艺流程,并通过实验测试实现电子系统的绿色可靠运行。通过大学四年的培养,具备良好的职业道德规范和社会责任感,善于交流和自主学习。五、专业特色以围绕现代电子学与电子信息技术而展开的新型电子材料,新型电子器件及其在电路和系统中的应用为主要教学内容,培养物理基础理论扎实、精通材料和集成器件研制、在电路和系统设计、应用上有特长的工程技术和创新创业高级人才。六、课程设置与修读要求课程类别
