摘  要  

   组合机床是一种高效率专用机床,有特定的使用条件,不是在任何情况下都可以收到良好的经济效益,在确定设计机床前,应该进行具体的经济技术分析。加工同一个机械产品的零件,通常会有很多种工艺方案,不同的方案会有不同的经济效果,影响技术经济的因素有很多,有时技术指标先进的方案,经济指标不一定优越,因此,需要对技术、经济指标作综合评价,综合多数的意见,选出优化方案进行经济效果评价,如果满意即可决定。

  本课题设计的是橡胶轮胎硫化机热盘加工专用机床。其来源于江阴昌明橡胶机械有限公司。在总体设计中:根据合同中的产量要求,来计算工件的加工时间以及专用机床的进给速度等。接着从工件下手,图纸和工件材料来计算出动力部件所需要的切削力和切削功率等,从而来合理的选择出所需要的动力部件。然后根据切削力以及工件的重量来设计进给系统的结构布局。根据工件体积重量等相关资料,合理设计床身、立柱、横梁等部件。绘制焊接图和总装配图。本设计在保证加工效率和质量的前提下,尽可能的减少专用机床的制造成本,将效率、效益最大化。

2.1 工艺方案的制定

   机械加工工艺规程是规定产品或零部件机械加工工艺过程和操作方法的工艺文件。生产规模的大小,工艺水平的高低以及解决各种工艺问题的方法和手段都要通过机械加工工艺规程来体现。因此,机械加工工艺规程设计是一项重要而又严肃的工作。为能具体确切地说明工艺过程,一般将机械加工工艺过程分为工序、安装、工位、工步和走刀。

 这是设计组合机床最重要的一步。工艺方案制定得正确与否,将决定机床能否达到“体积小,重量轻,结构简单,使用方便,效率高,质量好”的要求[1]。为了使工艺方案制定的合理,先进,必须从认真的分析被加工的零件(或同类零件)图纸开始,深入现场全面了解被加工零件的结构特点,加工部位,尺寸精度,表面粗糙度和技术要求,定位夹紧方式工艺方法和加工过程所采用的刀具,辅具,切屑用量情况及产生率要求高,分析其优缺点,总结设计,制造,使用单位和操作者的丰富的实践经验,以求理论紧密联系生产实际,从而确定零件在组合机床上完成的工艺(工序)内容及方法,决定刀具种类,结构型式,数量及切屑用量等。

 根据选定的工艺方案确定机床的配置型式,并定出影响机床总体布局和技术性能的主要部件的结构方案。既要考虑能实现工艺方案,以确保零件的加工精度,技术要求及生产率;又要考虑机床的操作方便可靠,易于维修,且冷却,排屑情况良好。

   以上两个步骤是十分重要的。对于同一个零件的加工,可能会有各种不同的工艺方案和机床配置方案,在最后决定采取哪种方案时,决不能草率,要全面地看问题,综合分析各方面的情况,进行多种方案对比,从中选择最佳方案。

1.2 本设计任务简介

 本次毕业设计题目为“橡胶轮胎硫化机热盘加工专用机床设计”,本设计的专题为“专用机床的总体设计和床身部件设计”。课题来源于江阴昌明橡胶机械有限公司。本课题系橡胶轮胎硫化机热盘加工专用机床设计,对于橡胶轮胎硫化机及其这一些橡胶轮胎硫化机热盘加工均有一定得参考价值,在硫化机热盘加工行业技术更新中起相当的作用。

 本设计应达到的要求:

   (1)对热盘加工工艺(经简化)方案的简要分析比较;

   (2)完成本设计的机床总图及床身等部件图;

   (3)设计说明书一份,要求对机床的总体设计部分详细分析说明,并包括必要的计算,文字简洁通顺;

   (4)对制造厂家调研,了解其对质量、成本要求,所设计的专机要结合厂方具体生产条件;

   (5)作为总体设计要求对各部件设计提出恰当的要求。

1.3 本设计任务相关要求                              

 根据厂方的要求,本设计于四月初定稿,五月开始试制,七月装配完成并投入生产。每只零件加工费用为800元到900元,要求年产量1000件并签订了两年的合同,但考虑到今后如有长期合同,则现有的专用机床不能完全满足生产需要,需购入大型立式镗铣加工中心加工,但该机床售价160万左右,目前经济上尚不能实现,所以如果这两年合同完成后,又有(三年以上)长期加工合同,则可以考虑购买立式加工中心。出于对盈利的考虑,此设计需要尽量降低造价,力争造价在5万元以内。
