基于pdx的电源外壳级进模具的设计

及凸模的加工仿真

   摘要:冷冲模包括冲孔模、落料模、弯曲模、拉深模等,其运用较为广泛。冷冲压具有成本低,产品质量稳定,能加工多种性能、状态的零件。但是它的应用和普及也受到模具寿命和生产安全等方面的制约。本文作者从工艺的合理性出发,分析了电源外壳的结构、精度特点,以及在加工过程中的控制点,然后在满足加工精度的基础上,充分考虑节约成本,确定了电源外壳最优化的冲裁加工工序;紧接着通过分析各类模具的加工特点及内部结构,完成模具总体结构分析;随后作者完成毛坯尺寸、排样、工序尺寸、冲压压力、压力中心、模具工作部分尺寸等工艺计算,力争以最好的性价比设计了模具各零件的结构及装配关系,在此基础上确定模具了的外形,完成了装配图和非标准的零件图。最后确定压力机类型及主要参数。

   通过合理的设计,本模具满足生产与应用的要求。

   随着冲压工艺的广泛应用于国民经济中,再加上随着数控技术和机械CAD/CAM的发展,冷冲模的发展和迅速。它以生产率高、成本相对低廉被广泛应用。外国的冲压模发展水平相当高,无论是设计还是制造,都达到了较高的水平。

   冷冲模的设计包括冲裁模设计、弯曲模设计、拉伸、胀形等模具的设计。冷冲模的设计也用到材料学、机械设计、工程材料、特种加工等方面的知识。因此它是一门综合性很强的学科。

   经过了三个多月的学习,设计,绘图,我学会了冲裁的机理,冲压的基本理论;理解了冲裁力,卸料力等工艺参数的确定;熟悉了冲裁模的结构,内部的结构零件及其设计的控制点;同时对于弯曲模、冲孔模、拉深模、落料模的结构能够熟悉了解。

   电源外壳的加工包括了冲孔、落料、和弯曲的加工。通过对冲孔模、落料模、弯曲模的学习,分析和比较了各加工工艺方案,完成了模具总体的结构分析,进行毛坯尺寸、排样、工序尺寸、冲压压力、压力中心、模具工作部分尺寸等工艺计算。绘制了装配草图并进行零部件初步选用设计,然后确定外形尺寸,选择冲压设备,绘制总的装配图和非标准的零件图。

   落料和冲孔都属于冲裁模。冲裁模是从条料、带料或半成品上使材料延规定的轮廓产生分离的模具,随着科学技术的发展,冲压技术也向高速化、自动化、精密化的方向发展。冲裁模一般分为简单模、级进模、和复合模。简单模在国内应用比较广泛,它是在压力机的冲压行程中完成一次冲裁工艺。简单模也分为无导向简单模、导板式简单模,和导柱式简单模;级进模是在单工序冲模基础上发展的一种多工序、高效率冲模。在压力机一次冲程中,级进模在其有规律排列的几个工位上分别完成一部分冲裁工艺,在最后工位冲出完整的工件。由于级进模是连续冲压,因此生产效率高,适用于大规模生产,但是因为其结构复杂,定位要求比较严格,因此说制造成本高。复合模是指在压力机的一次冲压行程中,经一次送料定位,在模具的同一部位可以同时完成几道冲裁工序的模具称为复合模。复合模同连续模一样,也是在简单模的基础上发展的一种较先进的模具。与连续模相比,冲裁模冲裁件的位置精度高,对条料的定位精度要求低,复合模的轮廓尺寸较小。复合模虽然生产效率高,冲压件精度高,但模具结构复杂,制造精度要求高,适用于生产批量大,精度要求高,内外形尺寸差较大的冲裁件。

   在冲压模的设计过程中,还必须考虑到模具的成本,因此在进行选材,结构设计时,必须尽量不去设计形状复杂的结构,同时采用镶嵌式代替整体式的结构。针对模具的定位要求高的特点,在零件的设计中必须要有比较高的加工精度要求。总的一句话,必须在有高的模具寿命和满足加工精度要求的基础上,尽量降低模具材料的成本,简化模具的结构,这样才能有利于这个行业在我国的发展。
