rainafteritarrive.Warehousemustclean,dry;andactivechemicalmedicinesandcorrosivematerialscan’tbestoredatthesamewarehouse.Alltheequipmentcan’beNote:Iftheproductmustbestoredatoutdoorforthereasonofthesitelimited,asimplewigwamshouldbebuiltwithrainsheeting.Thewigwamshouldventilate,norainleak,anddry,andcanresistforecastbigwind.Thetransformershouldbeshimmedwithsquarewoodatbottomandtheshimshouldlowthan100mmifitisstoredinthewigwam.IP23的防护等级的要求，应防止腐蚀性蒸汽、有害气体、盐雾和尘粒侵袭变变压器应尽可能安装在室内背光处(北面)IP00的变压器若未能采取其他保护措施，只能用于干燥的室内，凡是安装在潮湿场所的变压器至少应达到IP23的防护等级。GB10237《电力变压器绝高压线圈表面对地的最小安全距离见表（一表(一距注：表中距离是变压器安装在海拔高度1000米，若高度大1000米，表(二备的安全距离备的安全距离1020～35为散发变压器运行时发出的热量，变压器室应具有大于(4m2/min)/kW变压器安装时，一般离开墙壁和其它物不小于500mm，相邻变压器之间有500mm以上的距离，以确保变压器周围空气的流动。带电零部件之间联接必须牢固，紧固件的预紧扭矩如表（三表(三 10kV变压器前后左右居中安装，20kV变压器前后方向向低压侧偏移75mm安装，35kV变压器前后方向向低压侧偏移160mm安装。特别提醒高压电缆距离变压器部件的尺寸不应小于表一（四

表(四风机数量功率风机数量功率注：温控器的功率相对于风机功率来说很小，可以忽略Installershouldreadtheinstruction,nameplate,overalldimensionsdrawingoftheproduct,knowquality,understandinstallationmethod,etc.,preparetherelatedliftingapplianceandtools.InstallationThetransformermustbeinstalledinaroomwithoutrainleakandsunshine.ProtectionclassoftransformerroomatleastmeetrequirementofIP23,protectitfromdamagewithcorrosivevapors,toxicgases,saltsprayanddust.Thetransformershouldbeinstalledatbacklightplace(northThetransformercanonlybeinstalledindryroomforthoseprotectionclassisIP00andwithoutanyotherprotectionmeasures.AndtheprotectionatleastbeIP23forthoseareinstalledatmoistplace.FoundationforFoundationfortransformershouldmeetrelatedconstructionandacceptationregulationintheGBJ148-1990.Thefoundationfortransformershouldhavegoodanti-vibrationandacousticperformance,otherwiseitwillincreasetransformernoise.Ifthetransformerisinstalledinacubiclecombinedwithlowvoltagecubicle,theelevationofthetransformerfoundationmustbesameaslowvoltagecubiclefoundation.PreventionofelectricshockandsafetyThedistancebetweenliveconductoroftransformerandearthshouldmeettheregulationofGB10237,PowerTransformerInsulationLevelsandDielectricTests-ExternalClearanceinAir.Thisisverynecessaryforthesafeandreliableoperationtransformer.Minimumsafedistancefromsurfaceofhighvoltagecoiltoearthaccordingtotable1NettoNote:Thedistanceisthatthetransformerisinstalledwiththeelevationlessthan1000m,ifhigherthan1000m,thedistanceinthetablemustberevisedaccordingtorelatedstandard.Insulatingthetransformercaneffectivelyprevent contactwiththetransformerafteritisenergized.Safedistanceforworkersshouldmeetrequirementintable2.DistancebetweenworkersandandenergizedequipmentwithoutshieldingBelowGradeMainpartoftransformerDeliveryvolumeofthetransformerroomshouldbemorethan(4m2/min)/kWsoastodissipatethetransformerheatproducedduringoperation.Leadairenterfrombottom,andoutfromup,andmustpreventhotairtrapatupperspaceofthetransformer.Thetransformernormalbeapartfromwallandotherbarriermorethan500mm,andalsobeapartfromadjacenttransformermorethan500mmsoastoensureairflowaroundtheProtectionclassforbaffle,fences,intotheoutletportofthetransformershouldbeIP20ormore,otherwise,snake,mouseandothersmallanimalcanenteranddamagetheequipmentserially.Undernormalcondition,thetransformercanbeplacedatthesiteandputintooperation(removesmallwheelifthereareanyunderthetransformer)afterinspection.Ifthereisearthquakeoranyotherspecialcondition,boltsshouldbeburiedinthefoundation,thelocationshouldrefertoexternaldimensionofthetransformer,makeitcorrespondwiththemountingholesofthetransformer.Removalsmallwheelofthetransformerandfixitwithfoundationboltwheninstallit.Energizedpartsmustbejointedfirmly,preloadedtorqueforfastenersaccordingtothefollowingtable.preloadedSinstallationforExceptinstallationconditionforthosewithsneedmeetrequirementfortransformerwithouts,thebottomofthesshouldbeonthesamelevelofthetransformerbottom,alsothereiscertainrequirementsfortherelativepositionbetweensandtransformer,normally10kvtransformershouldbeinstalledinthemiddle,20kVtransformershouldbeinstallednearlowvoltageside75mmatfrontandbackdirection,35kVtransformershouldbeinstallednearlowvoltageside160mmatfrontandbackdirection.Sstyleare:1.splitstructure,transformerandsinstallationandtransportationareseparate,candismantleintopartsandassemble.2.Monolithicconstruction,transformationandsisasingleentity,transportationandinstallationasawholebody,can’tdismantle.Cableconnectionforthetransformernormallyaredownsideinanduppersideout,alsocanbedownsideinanddownsidesideout,uppersideinanddownsideout,uppersideinanduppersideout,etc.,sisequippedwithcablehoopsforfixingcable.Specialattention:distanceforhighvoltageandpartsofshouldbemorethanrequirementinthetableThermostatIfequippedwiththermostat,itshouldbeinstalledontheclamporonwallwithinacertaindistanceforthosewithouts.Thedistanceisnormallylessthan5m,ifexcess5m,mustspecifiedwhenorder.Thethermostatcontrollershouldbeinsertedinholeonthesforthosetransformerwiths,AircoolingIfthetransformerneedtobeequippedwithcoolingfansaccordingrequirements,normalfansQty.,capacityandpowersupplyareasfollowing:FanFanNote:powerofthermostatisverysmallcomparedwithfan,canbe道内）是否有异物存在，过多的灰尘，须按第13.2条方法清理。Checkallfastenersandseeiftheyareloose,andsecureitoncemore.Securetorqueaccordingtotable3.Checkthepartsremovedduringtransportation,andseeiftheyarereassembledagainproperly,andchecktransformer(especiallyairduct)andseeifthereanyforeignmaterial,andiftherearemuchdust,shouldcleanaccordingtomethodofarticle13.2.Checkfans,temperatureequipment,andotherauxiliaryequipment,andseeiftheyoperateproperly.Payattentiontotherotatedirectionofthe3phasefan,blowairtocoilfrombottomundernormalcondition,otherwise,itdoesn’trotateproperly,referencetotheinstructionandchangethephasesequenceimmediay.Thermostatanditsdisplayandotherauxiliarydeviceshouldbeearthlingproperlyreliablyaccordingtotheinstruction.GB50150规定进行极性的判定和测量绕组在所有分接下的电压比，并进一般情况下（温度：10-40℃，湿度≤80%： 仪表：2500V兆欧表低压—— 仪表：2500V兆欧1000V2MΩ（25℃时的读数，就能满足铁心———夹件及地≥2MΩ 仪表：2500V兆欧表穿心螺杆——铁心及地 forNormalcondition(temperature:10-HV——lowvoltagetoearthing≥300MΩInstrument:2500Vtramegger ≥100MΩInstrument:2500VtrameggerTheinsulation ofthetransformerwillnormallyreduceunderhumidenvironmentcondition.Normallyinsulationismorethan2MΩ(readlast1minutesat25℃)canmeetrequirementforoperationfor1000vratedvoltage.Butthetransformermustbedriedbeforewithstandvoltagetestorbeforeputintoserviceifthetransformerisusuallywet.andoccurscondensationsoastoavoidaccidentand nelandequipmentwhenswitchon.MeasurecoreinsulationNormalcondition(temperature:10-40℃，humidity≤80%):Core——clamptoearthing≥300MΩ Instrument:2500VtrameggerThreadedrod——coreearthing oftransformerconnecttoearthingreliablyafterabovetestisqualifiedULTCtransformershouldbecheckedandtestedbeforeputintoserviceaccordingon-loadtap-changer(ULTC)instruction.Separatesourcepower-frequencyvoltagewithstandEnsureinsulationdistanceofthewinding,leadandoutsidegroundbarandenergizedbodyofthetransformershouldmeetspecificationintable1(referpage6)whentest.Thetestvoltageis85%ofthattestatfacture,andthetestvoltageshouldberevisedwhentheelevationis＞1000m.Drytransformerisopenairinsulationstructure,sodustandhumidityinthewilleffectinsulationofthetransformer.Windingandterminalswillproduceevendischargeandhiss,thatisanormalconditionwhentakevoltage testfordrytransformer;andthetransformercanbethoughtqualifiedonlyifthedischargedon’tbreakdowntheproductandhasbignoise,itcanmeetrequirementfornormalWarning:thetestshouldbecarriedoutbyspecialtechnicianwhowithhighvoltageelectricaltest.Ironcore,s,nonetestcoilshouldbeconnectedtoearthingstrictlyaccordingtospecification,andensureearthinglineandtestedcoilhaveenoughspace(refertotable1);ifwiringsizeandinsulationspaceisinsufficientwillcauseseriousproductdamageand alinjury.Mustensuremeasureaccuracyforvoltagetestshouldtomeetprovisionofspecificationsoastoavoidhighvoltagebreakthetestproductbyaccident.ImpactclosingSwitchonshouldbeunderidleloadLowvoltageandswitchboxsystemwillbeartheeffectofthesurgevoltageandmayoccurinsulationproblemwhentakeimpactclosingtest.Sowesuggestcheckandconfirmthetransformerstatue,settingvalueofhighvoltageswitch(crestofsurgecurrentforswitchoncanbeupto10timestheratedcurrent,sothecurrentprotectionforthetransformershouldbesetatmorethancrestvalueofsurgecurrent).Ifthereisnoburntflavourinthetransformer,andnoabnormalityonthecoilsurface,high-tensionswitchcabinetworkwiththetransformerproperlyatratedvalue,sowesuggesttoswitchofftheoutletterminalsoflowvoltageofthetransformer,thenswitchonthetransformagain,soastofindthereasonwhyittripwhileswitchonwithoutload.Warning:thetestshouldbecarriedoutbyspecialtechnicianwhofamiliarwithhighvoltageelectricaltest.Ironcore,sshouldbeconnectedtoearthingstrictlyaccordingtospecification,andensureearthinglineandtestedcoilhaveenoughspace(refertotable1);ifunloadclosingoccuraccidentabnormalcondition,shouldcheck,andensurede-energizedthetransformer,andensureallterminalsconnectearthingfirmly,soastoavoidhighvoltagebreakthetestproductbyaccident.12、变压器投入运Putthetransformerinto①10500V、②.10250V、③10000V、④9750V、10kV3档（我公司产品出厂时通常警告：分接挡调整时应注1、变压器处于断电状态，并将各进出线端子可靠接地，以防止发生严重人身事有载调压时，请参看有载调压使用说明书。的误动、损坏，因此不允许操作电压直接作用于温控器10倍额定电流，并将产品的规格型号、号、环境温度和所需过载时间和倍数告知我公司销重新投入运行(这种情况时对35kV级变压器尤其需要引起注意)。避雷器的残压170/1.4=121.4kV，所以避雷器型号一般选用HY5WZ5-42/124。105％。过电压运行时，变压器的噪音将会明显增大。AdjustOLTCpiecetoproperpositionaccordingtotransformernameplateandOLTCsymbolbeforeputthetransformerintoservice.AdjustOLTCpiecetoproperpositionaccordingtotransformernameplateandOLTCsymbolwhenadjustvoltagewithoutexcitation,andcheckOLTC,removetheoxidefilmandcontaminationoncontacts.
