fectplantgrowthandsurvival,leadingtoreducedvegetationcoverage.Additionally,increasedoccurrenceofdroughtsandfloodscanfurtherexacerbatevegetationloss,primarilyinvulnerableareas.4.3HumanactivitiesandvegetationchangesVarioushumanactivities,includingdeforestation,agriculturalpractices,andtourism-relatedactivities,havehadadverseeffectsonthevegetationinGuilinCity.Deforestation,primarilyfortimberextractionandagriculturalexpansion,resultsinthelossofnaturalforestsanddegradationofvegetation.Unsustainableagriculturalpractices,suchasexcessiveuseoffertilizersandpesticides,furtherdegradethequalityofthesoilandimpactplantgrowth.Similarly,tourism-relatedactivities,includinginfrastructuredevelopmentandexcessivefoottraffic,candegradeandfragmentnaturalhabitats,leadingtovegetationloss.5.Conclusion5.1SummaryoffindingsTheanalysisofvegetationchangesinGuilinCityfrom1998to2018revealedasignificantdecreaseinvegetationcoverage.Urbanizationandhumanactivities,includingdeforestation,agriculturalpractices,andtourism-relatedactivities,wereidentifiedasmajordrivingforcesbehindthesechanges.Climatechangewasalsofoundtoinfluencevegetationdynamics.5.2ImplicationsofthestudyThefindingsofthisstudyhaveimportantimplicationsforurbanplanningandsustainabledevelopmentinGuilinCity.Ithighlightstheneedforstrategiestomitigateurbansprawl,protectnaturalhabitats,andpromotesustainablelandusepractices.Additionally,itemphasizestheimportanceofclimatechangeadaptationmeasuresandtheintegrationofenvironmentalconsiderationsinpolicy-makingprocesses.5.3Recomm
