If someone has been injured or becomes suddenly ill yell or call HSE coordinator for assistance. 如发现有人受伤或突然生病,呼叫或电话通知HSE联系人获得帮助;2. Designate an employee to call Emergency Medical Service (120). 指定一人打120急救电话;3. Caller should remain calm and be prepared to answer questions by the medic as fully and clearly as possible. 打电话的人应保持镇静,尽可能完整、准确地回答医务人员的询问;4. HSE coordinator to bring the First Aid Kit to the injury site and provide first aid treatment. HSE 联系人将急救箱带至伤病现场,展开紧急救治;5. If the injured have suspected back injuries or heart attack, do not move them unless they are in a dangerous location and the threat of further injuries exist. If possible, wait for professionally trained medical staff before moving the injured.如伤者可能有背伤或心脏病,不要移动伤员,除非他们处在危险的位置,可能进一步受到伤害。如可能的话,等经过专业培训的医务人员来移动伤员。5. Activate the fire alarm system or yell “FIRE”. 打碎火灾报警器上的玻璃,启动火灾报警系统,或大喊“着火了”2. Call the fire brigade (119) 打119火灾报警电话3. Call the designated fire warden for your location if the fire alarm system is not functioning or available. 如火灾报警系统失灵,赶快通知你所在区域的义务消防员;4. Use a portable fire extinguisher or hose reel if the fire is small and within your capability to extinguish. If the fire cannot be extinguished or is too large, immediately evacuate the building and report to the designated assembly area.如火势较小,使用手提式灭火器或水龙带灭之。如果不能将之扑灭或火势太大,立即撤离大楼并到指定的集合点报到;5. Evacuate to the assembly area when the alarm sounds. 报警铃响后,立即疏散至集合点;6. In case of dense smoke, use wet towel to cover your nose and mouth so as to prevent choking. 如遇有浓烟,用湿毛巾捂住嘴鼻,以防窒息;7. Report your presence to your fire warden and do not leave the assembly point. 到集合点后,向你区的义务消防员报到,之后不要离开集合点;8. Do not re-enter the building until the clear signal has been given 火灾信号清除后,方可重新进入大厦。C、FIRE ACTION PLAN IN THE EVENT OF FIRE: 当发生火灾紧急事故时Tips:提示1. Know the emergency exit routes. 每个员工都必须知道紧急出口路线;2. Know the location of the fire fightingequipment in your work area. 每个员工都必须知道灭火器和水龙站的位置;3. Know how to use fire-fighting equipment. 每个员工都必须知道如何正确使用灭火器和水龙站;4. Know the location of fire alarm system. 每个员工都必须知道火灾报警触发点的位置;5. Know the location of the First Aid Kit. 每个员工都必须知道急救箱的位置;6. Notify others of the hazard (pull the alarm or yell). 将危险通知其他人(触发报警系统或喊叫);2. If the alarm sounds, you should report to the designated assembly area immediately and close the office door after you. 报警系统拉响时,所有员工应立即向指定的集合地点报到;3. If the assembly area is unsafe or the route to the assembly area is unsafe, go to an alternate location.如果集合地点不安全或通往集合地点的路线不安全,则到其他安全地点集 合;4. Remain calm, do not investigate the explosion.Reasons: There may be a secondary device or the structural integrity of the building may have been impaired.保持镇静,不要去调查爆炸; 原因:可能会有随后第二次爆炸,或第一次爆炸后大楼某些区域结构的完整性可能已遭损坏。2. If the fire alarm is activated, follow evacuation. 如火灾报警系统已启动,小心地进行撤离;3. Remain in your office or workspace, unless there is a danger of injury. 留在办公室或其他工作地点别动,除非有受伤的可能;4. If fire is observed, follow fire procedures. 如看见火灾发生,遵循火灾程序;5. Follow instructions from the fire warden. 听从义务消防员的指挥;6. We ignore it because in our mind there are no dangerous mechanical equipment, poisonous material, also no tough and complex operation in the office. Yet there are different factors which do harm to health and lead to disease. The accident is possible also in your office. We shall do some work and let the office more comfortable and more secure. 一提到劳动安全,大家马上想到的是车间、工厂的现场工作安全,很少有人想到办公室工作也存在安全问题。乍一看,办公室没有危险机械设备,没有有害物质,更没有沉重复杂的操作;因此往往被人们忽视。然而办公室环境存在着意外危险妨碍健康的因素,导致多种疾病的发生,所以你的办公室也存在事故隐患。让我们一起来研究一下办公室容易发生的伤病事故因素,寻找对策,让你的办公室更舒适、更安全。GENERAL OFFICE SAFETY RULE 办公室安全一般规定 · Keep file drawers, desk drawers, and locker doors closed when not in use. Only open one file or desk drawer at a time. Secure file cabinets properly.文件橱抽屉、办公桌抽屉及带锁的门在不用时要关上,在同一时间内只能打开一个抽屉;· Use handles when closing files, desk drawers and safe or doors. 当关闭文件抽屉、书桌抽屉、保险箱或门时,要用把手;· Check office furniture regularly for sharp edges, splinters and loose casters or bolts. 要经常检查办公室家具边缘是否有尖角,检查椅子转轮和螺栓是否松动;· Test your weight gradually before leaning back in a swivel chair. 不要猛地坐在转椅上向后仰,要先逐渐检查自身的重量, 以防摔倒· To avoid tripping hazards, be sure that telephone and office machine cords are safely secured out of walkways. 必须妥善处理好过道上的电话线和办公室设备的电源线,以防触电或绊倒;· Stop moving or return to your desk when reading correspondence or other material. Walking while reading may cause you to become unaware of your surroundings and open to possible hazards. 不要边走边阅读文件,因为这样会不清楚周围环境而发生危险;· Pick up any loose objects (such as pens or paper clips) you seen on the floor. 当有物体散落在地面上时(比如:钢笔、曲别针、碎纸片等),要拣起来;· Maintain good general housekeeping. Do not store on top on cupboards, especially close to ceiling as it increases fire risk. 要将杂物存放在橱柜的上方,尤其是不能靠近天花板,因为这样会增加火灾 危险;· If you smoke, use ash tray in designated smoking areas. You must ensure the cigarette end is distinguished before your leave. Smoking is strictly forbidden any time and anywhere other than smoking area.吸烟时,必须在指定的吸烟区内且将烟灰弹入烟灰缸,吸完后确保烟头熄灭, 任何时间在吸烟区以外的任何地方吸烟是严格禁止的GENERAL OFFICE SAFETY RULES (CONTINUE)办公室安全一般规定(续).· Know the location of fire extinguishers. 要明确火灾报警器、灭火器、消防栓的位置; · Dont stand in front of closed doors as they may open suddenly. 不要站在关闭的门前,因为可能会有人突然开门;· Dont push or crowd at entrances, exits or on stairways. 不要在门口、出口或楼梯上推挤;· Dont run in corridors or on stairs and use handrails when they are provided. 在走廊和楼梯内不要跑动,如有栏杆,尽量用栏杆;· Turn off power of office machines before cleaning or making adjustments to them.   清洁和维修办公室用电设备时,要先关掉电源;· Report unsafe of office furniture and equipment.    及时汇报不安全的办公家具和设备;· Tag equipment if it is out of order. 对于杂乱的设备要加上标签;· Keep walkways clear of obstructions especially main evacuation routes. 保证走廊无障碍物,尤其是主要逃生路线;· Know evacuation procedure and route. 要明确逃生程序和路线;· Do not attempt to repair any office equipment. This is a job for technicians.不要使用未经专业电工检验合格的电气设备,不要试图修理任何办公设备, 这是专业技师的工作;· Set up your workstation ergonomically. Correct posture and workstation 请按照人体工程学的原理进行工作,纠正不正确的姿势和工作习惯; Use adjustable chair when you work, set up your workstation ergonomically. Correct posture and workstation set-up reduces eyestrain, tension and chance of an over use injury. Do not look down for a long time, this may draw straightly neck vertebra, press nerve centre and cause pain. After two hours work, be sure to stretch your upper limbs and face upward for 3 to 5 minutes. You shall give your neck vertebra a rest. If possible, have a gym during the work.办公时应尽量使用可调式办公椅,无论是付案写字或使用电脑都可以根据人体舒适程度随时调节。在工作时应避免长时间低头俯视,这样容易造成颈椎拉直,压迫中枢神经,引起疼痛。伏案工作2小时左右,一定要伸展上肢,头部后仰3-5分钟,让颈椎得以休息。可能的话,要做办公室工间操,全面调整恢复。PREVENT DREGGY AIR 防污浊空气If work in a crowded and airtight office and always use the air conditioner, equip the office with aerator. That could prevent the stuffiness in the chest and nausea which was caused by breathing dreggy air. So we should keep the office ventilated.在人多密闭的办公室里长期使用空调,需要配备通风换气设备,防止人体因长时间呼吸污蚀空气造成的胸闷、恶心。在密闭的小房间内长时间使用粘接剂、油性毛毡头笔等办公用品时,由于这些物品含有有机溶剂,会引起头痛、恶心、呕吐等中毒症状。人们的嗅觉容易麻痹,不知不觉会吸入大量气体导致危险,因此室内要经常通风换气。humans nose USE OF ELECTRIC APPLIANCES Official electric appliances should use several outlets respectively, focus on one outlet and overlapped plug in would lead to creepage and agglomeration. DO NOT put the towel on the electric radiator, it would lead to danger whether it is dry or wet. When computer fumes, avoid dealing with it in front of the screen for fear of explosion. In addition, avoid the twist of the electrical wires between power resource and electric appliances for fear of destruction and accident caused by misplug and mislink.电器使用 办公用电负载较多,应分别使用多个插座,集中使用某个插座、重叠插接易造成漏电和插座烧结。电暖器上,严禁搭放毛巾,无论干湿都会引发危险。电脑由于不明原因冒烟时,应避免在屏幕正面进行处置,以防爆炸伤人。另外,各种办公电器与电源的连线应避免缠绕,以免误插、误接毁坏电器,酿成事故。PREVENT LUMBAGOPortaging heavy things such as documents, Box, etc. with improper posture may cause injury to the lumber. Wearing high-heel shoes is one of the causes, so high-heel shoes should be avoided in office. Another cause is carrying things or tea.
