企业本着对环境负责的态度，计划采用先进工艺技术对养殖场产生的猪粪等固废物进行处理，加工成可用的有机生物肥。从而达到污染物“零排放”要求，提高污染物防治水平。 为此，四川莱信诺食品有限公司决定投资建设该项目，其目的是为延长产业链，加强对各类废物的循环利用，推进企业废物“零排放”，也为投资者获取丰厚的投资回报。 1.2项目概况 1.2.1拟建地点 项目拟建地区为遂宁市安居区，项目拟建场址为安居区分水镇黄桷桥村，该场址位于分水镇黄桷桥村国道318沿线，距安居县城20公里，厂区区位条件较好，水、电、路三通，国省318线公路从场区前穿过，其运输条件便利有保障。 1.2.2建设规模与目标 根据资源条件和产品市场容量，结合企业实际，本项目建设规模为：建有机肥加工生产线一条，年产有机肥10000吨，年处理养殖场固废物15462吨。
