the bed off the roof and sent it crashing into the courtyard below. the young man did not wake up until the bed had struck the ground. although the bed was smashed to pieces, the man was miraculously unhurt. when he woke up, he was still on the mattress. glancing at the bits of wood and metal that lay around him, the man sadly picked up the mattress and carried it into his house. after he had put it on the floor, he promptly went to sleep again.lesson50 taken for a ride 乘车兜风i love travelling in the country, but i dont like losing my way. i went on an excursion recently, but my trip took me of the bus to get a good view of the countryside. after some time, the bus stopped. looking round, i realized with a shock that i was the only passenger left on the bus. youll have to get off here, the conductor said. this is as far as we go. is this woodford green ? i asked. oh dear, said the conductor suddenly. i forgot to put you off. it doesnt matter, i said. ill get off here. we are going back now, said the conductor. well, in that case, i prefer to stay on the bus, i answered.lesson51 reward for virtue 对美德的奖赏my friend, herbert, has always been fat, but things got so bad recently that 国家“十一五”规划提出建设资源节约型社会、环境友好型社会。大力开展资源综合利用是建设资源节约型社会、环境友好型社会的重要途径,也是“十一五”规划的一个重要亮点。省财政厅省环保局关于组织申报2009年度省级环境保护专项资金项目的通知明确:畜禽养殖零排放技术遵循“减量化、资源化、无害化、生态化”的原则,通过对猪舍的改造及生物发酵的分解与转化,使畜禽废弃物转化为有机肥料,达到污染物零排放的技术。 资源综合利用不仅有经济效益,更重要的是社会效益、环境效益,从资源相当短缺矛盾凸显角度看,还有国家资源供应安全的功能,这就是常说的“变废为宝、利国利民”。这些应属于公益性事业、长远发展的需求,是国家应当承担和支持的事业。 四川莱信诺食品有限公司是咸丰县畜禽规模化养殖重点龙头企业,无违反环保法律法规行为和恶意偷排行为,企业所属生猪规模养殖场位于三峡库区上游影响区的唐崖河畔,近年来,企业对污染物进行了常规治理,污染源排放基本达标,但仍存在较大的环境风险。目前存在的主要问题有:废物综合利用率偏低,有些还存在二次污染。 企业本着对环境负责的态度,计划采用先进工艺技术对养殖场产生的猪粪等固废物进行处理,加工成可用的有机生物肥。从而达到污染物“零排放”要求,提高污染物防治水平。 为此,四川莱信诺食品有限公司决定投资建设该项目,其目的是为延长产业链,加强对各类废物的循环利用,推进企业废物“零排放”,也为投资者获取丰厚的投资回报。 1.2项目概况 1.2.1拟建地点 项目拟建地区为遂宁市安居区,项目拟建场址为安居区分水镇黄桷桥村,该场址位于分水镇黄桷桥村国道318沿线,距安居县城20公里,厂区区位条件较好,水、电、路三通,国省318线公路从场区前穿过,其运输条件便利有保障。 1.2.2建设规模与目标 根据资源条件和产品市场容量,结合企业实际,本项目建设规模为:建有机肥加工生产线一条,年产有机肥10000吨,年处理养殖场固废物15462吨。 本项目工程建成后可实现年均营业收入1764万元,年均利润总额124万元。 1.2.3主要建设条件 1、技术条件 本项目生产技术依托单位为湖北生物有机肥料研究中心,该中心与武汉大学、华中农业大学联合,是国内最早研制开发各类新型肥料产品的研究单位。目前,中心具有一批专注于新型肥料产品与设备开发的技术团队,经过多年的技术研究完善与工厂化开发,技术产品已达到国际先进水平。公司与湖北生物有机肥料研究中心签订了技术承包合同,由该中心承担项目产前、产中、产后的技术服务。 2、施工条件 工程对外交通为公路运输,外购设备、原材料运输有保证;工程区域施工供电、供水有保证;工程用水泥由当地水泥厂供给,钢材由厂商提供,砂石当地购买。 3、社会环境条件 生猪生产是项目区内的骨干产业,当地政府和群众对产业化经营热情高,支持力度大,企业发展的社会环境条件良好。 1.2.4项目投入总资金及效益情况 经测算,项目总投资758万元。其中:固定资产投资566万元,流动资金192万元。项目资金来源为项目资本金458万元,申请省级环境保护专项资金300万元。
