amounts(病毒分离需要的活病毒的量较小) virus isolation requires specialized facilities (要求 有专门设施) reference laboratories need to grow virus to undertake vaccine comparison studies(参考实验室需要 培养病毒来进行疫苗抗原配比研究) virus used for looking at R value comparing current field isolate against vaccines being used (通过测定R值来比较当前流行毒与疫苗毒的抗原关系) virus isolate used for genetic studies (用分离病毒进行遗传关系研究) Molecular Technologies: FMD
