随着我国对外开放的持续发展以及对外文化交流的日益频繁，大量国外影视作品在 中国迅速传播开来。由于多媒体翻译在中国相对来说仍然是较新的领域，对多媒体翻译 的研究更是需要进一步的探索。作为多媒体翻译的一个分支，电影字幕翻译，只是在众 多翻译论著中的个别章节涉及，仍然需要进一步研究。 l e f e v e r e ( 1 9 9 2 ) 提出，翻译就是对原文的改写。他认为文学系统具备双重制约因素， 一是内部因素，即“专业人士；二是外部因素，即“赞助人。翻译是跨语言、跨文化 的交际活动和社会实践，就会不可避免地受到意识形态与诗学的影响和制约，电影字幕 翻译也不例外。翻译同时也是一种在某些特定条件制约下为了实现某种目的而进行的行 为，因此它就有可能成为对原文的改写。创造性叛逆现象正是这样一种改写形式。电影 字幕翻译中的创造性叛逆现象屡见不鲜。 本文结合实例运用描述研究方法，试图从两个方面意识形态和诗学，来探讨字 幕翻译中的创造性叛逆现象。 首先，本文将操控电影字幕翻译的意识形态分为官方意识形态和大众意识形态。官 方意识形态，属于操控字幕翻译的外部因素，即“赞助人”因素。审查制度的建立正是 为了代表官方意识形态对字幕翻译实施操控作用。另外，大众意识形态对电影字幕翻译 的操控作用也日益增强，特别是在电影作品呈现出娱乐化和休闲化的今天。 其次，专业人士是操控字幕翻译的内部因素，通过诗学对翻译进行操控。诗学由两 部分组成，其一是语法词义层面上的文学技巧序列，包括文体、象征手段、人物和原型 性情景等；其二是功能概念，即特定社会关于文学具有或可能具有的功能的概念。本文 中的诗学对电影字幕翻译的影响主要体现在对语法词义层面上的操控。 总之，本文作者认为改写理论对电影字幕翻译具有指导分析作用。意识形态和诗学
