企业背景*县*公司成立于2004年，公司地址在*县*乡镇，该公司占地面积6158m2，拥有固定资产200万元，建筑面积1700m2，其中库房面积900m2。机构和运输设备9台套，主要设备有15吨/小时筛选机2台，5吨/小时比重机1台，检石机1台，输送机1台，提升机1台，小客车1辆，5吨货车1辆轿车1辆，员工10人，其中专业技术人员3人。该公司于2004年11月已取得了对外贸易经营者备案登记等一切相关手续和证照。2.1.3 市场前景分析1、国际市场需求东北绿豆，国际需求量很大，尤其是以无公害的绿色食品为首选。目前，我国东北绿豆已成为世界绿豆生产和出口的主要国家之一。自90年代以来，我国绿豆的出口量每年都以较大速度增长。优质绿豆米主要销往日本、韩国、美国及西欧国家。未经精选的绿豆，主要销往印尼、巴基斯坦等东南亚国家。其中：日本年需求量在30万吨以上，欧美国家年需求量在50万吨以上。2、国内市场需求绿豆产品在国内也有巨大市场潜力。据调查，十几年来，*绿豆仅在南方（如广东、浙江、湖南及四川等几个省市）有很大的销售市场。随着经济的发展，人民生活水平的不断提高，国内市场的空间也越来越大。上述说明了经济建设豆这一特殊农产品的市场容量、市场潜力是相当大的，可以说经久不衰的绿豆市场发展走势强劲。4.1.3 生产技术方案及工艺流程技术方案主要是指生产方法、工艺流程等。出口绿豆米加工方法采用国内传统的工艺，可以达到先进性、适用性、可靠性和经济合理性。国内传统的工艺加工方法是筛选、比重、去石、色选、手选、抛光和去皮等工序，可以满足不同用户的需求。根据前述的出口规模和技术方案，需新增比重式精选机2台，色选机2台，豆类抛光机2台，去皮机2台，皮带输送机2台，变压器1台，运输车辆1台。通过对国内有关制造企业的调查和初步询价，所需设备的主要来源为河北省石家庄三立谷物精选机械有限公司等厂家。5.4 项目建设标准和具体建设内容5.4.1 建设标准按照适用、经济的原则，用于仓储的库房，采用单层建筑、砖混结构、通风、干燥、防雨性能好，选别车间采用单层建筑，砖混结构，地面作水磨，车间内宽敞明亮，留足运输通道，冬季保温性能好。5.4.2
