(2) secondary air in furnace flue gas vortex formed, on the one hand, extended the suspension fine coal grain in the chamber of a stroke, increase the fine particles suspended furnace in the residence time of, make it have a full time to burn, make not complete combustion heat loss; Another result of air separation of spiral effect, make coal dust grain and the grain re-blows rejection within, and reduce the small fly ash escape from the quantity, the mechanical incomplete combustion heat loss.14英译汉锅炉的节能工业锅炉的节能技术涉及多方面 , 最主要是提高工业锅炉的热能利用率 , 即提高工业锅炉的热效率。本节从燃烧、运行维护、新技术及新设备的应用、工业锅炉辅机的节能、锅 炉水处理等方面 ,对工业锅炉房的节能途径进行探讨。 1. 炉拱工业锅炉的炉拱是十分重要的。炉拱的作用在于促使炉膛中气体的混合以及组织辐射和炽热烟气的流动 ,使燃料及时着火燃烧。而目前工业锅炉的实际用汽量与其额定负荷往往不匹配 ,使用的煤种变化较大 ,而且与设计煤种往往有较大的差异 ,因此在实际使用中 ,往往要对炉拱进行必要的改造以适应煤种的需要。为改造前炉拱情况 ,存在的主要问题是:因使用 的燃煤比设计煤种差而杂 , 锅炉出现炉膛出口烟气温度低( 约 700 ), 比设计低 200 。新煤着火迟 , 时常出现火床断火 ,着火距煤闸板约 0.61.O m, 炉膛燃烧不强烈 , 灰渣含碳量高。针对炉拱结构存在的问题 ,从改善燃料的着火条件 ,提高炉膛温度着手对锅炉进行改造。经过改造后的炉拱 ,在实际运衍中观测发现 ,改造效果良好 ,燃料人炉后距煤闸板0.3MRP着火 ,火床燃烧强烈 ,火焰充满度好 ,旋转强烈。由于前拱降低 , 后拱加长 , 拱间形 成的喉口间距由原来的 2 cm 左右缩小到 1cm 。加强了该处 的气流扰动混合 , 重新组织了气流,强化了炉内燃烧 ,有效的提高了前拱区和整个炉膛的温度,使其达到 1400以上,改善了燃料的着火条件。煤着火点的提前 , 炉膛温度的提高,使灰渣含碳量明显减少。烟气的旋流混合又加强了烟气中焦 炭粒子的分离 , 使之落在火床上和新燃料层进一步燃尽。强烈的烟气旋流还使烟气中的 CO 、 H2 、 CH4 等可燃气体充分燃 烧 , 从而提高了锅炉的热效率 4% 以上。同时也提高了锅炉出力,满足了生产用汽的需要,减轻了环境污染,扩大了燃煤品种的适应范围。2. 合理的送风与调节在链条炉、振动炉、往复炉中,根据燃烧过程的不同特点,合理的送风,对于促进炉内燃烧是很重要的。如在链条炉中 , 燃料随炉排不停地运动,依次发生着火、燃烧、燃尽各阶段。燃烧是沿炉排长度方向分阶段、分区进行的 , 所以沿炉排长度方向所需的空气量也就不同。在炉排头部的预热 区和尾部燃尽阶段,空气需要量小;在炉排中部的燃烧阶段,空气需要量大。根据这一特点,必须采用分段送风 , 以满足 燃烧的需要。目前国内生产的锅炉虽然都考虑到这一特性,采用了分段风室 , 并装有调节风门。但据调查 , 不少单位在实 际运行中没有按照燃烧特性进行风量调节,从而使燃烧所需 要的空气量与实际供风量没有很好地配合 , 使不
