Party A shall offer the customer resources and traveling platform, and Party B shall supply good image service, ceremony organization and function host service.本着相互信任，互惠互利的原则，甲方和乙方将利用自身资源优势，帮助对方开展商业推广，从而得良好的社会效益和经济效益，并且提升自己的社会影响力。甲方将积极向乙方提供的广阔客户资源和旅游平台，乙方应提供良好的影像服务，婚礼组织和庆典安排等服务。3,Rights & Obligations of Both Parties 权利和责任 3.1 Party A:3.1.1 Party A shall use its best endeavors to promote and extend the sale of wedding and event image (photography & Videography) services.甲方负责尽最大可能的推广乙方所提供的新西兰境内的婚礼婚纱，以及活动影像服务3.1.2 Party A shall pay all payments on time, without any delay甲方按时、准确向乙方支付应付款项，不得拖欠。3.1.3 Party A hereby agree that the shall be on a “Exclusive” basis and all service clauses in this agreement shall prohibit Party A cooperate with any other third parties within New Zealand, until both parties agree to terminate this agreement.甲方同意本协议具有排他性，甲方将把乙方视作条款内相关服务在新西兰境内的唯一合作伙伴，不得与任何第三方发生合作。 直至双方同意解除合约。3.1.4 Party A must provide accurate, timely and clear reservation information, and notice Party B in writing甲方必须提供准确、及时和清楚的预定信息，并且必须以书面形式确认通知3.1.4 Party A shall take full responsibility of customers personal and property security甲方对客人在新西兰活动期间负有人身、财产、安全方面的责任3.1.5 Party A entitled to make comments to the Party B upon reasonable suggestions for improvement.甲方有权根据客人的意见向乙方提出合理的改善建议，并督促乙方完善3.1.6 Party A entitled to make comments to the Party B upon reasonable suggestions for improvement.甲方有权根据客人的意见向乙方提出合理的改善建议，并督促乙方完善3.2 Party B:3.2.1 Party B shall take responsibility of providing professional, high quality image services, ceremony host & etc.乙方负责提供高质量的影像服务和婚典组织承办等相关服务3.2.2 Party B shall concern Party As suggestions and recommendations carefully。乙方将认真听取甲方的相关改正意见3.2.3 Party B shall supply all images on time, even try fastest as possible if necessary乙方应准时提交影像产品，并尽可能提高效率。3.2.3 Party B shall help Party As New Zealand wedding & honeymoon photo promotion as much as possible.乙方应尽可能的全方位的配合甲方的推广活动4. Booking, Payment and Cancellation 预定，付款以及取消4.1 Party A must book with Party B at least 30 days before service date. All bookings must send in writing.甲方需在拍摄前至少30天确定服务日期和景点并以书面形式通知乙方。 4.2 Party B must response Party As booking with 48 Hours乙方必须在48小时之内给予预定确认。 4.3 Party A shall pay deposit (50% of whole payment) to Party B once the booking confirmed by Party B within 24 hours. All prices of services are New Zealand currency (see attached price list) 甲方需在预定确认后的24小时之内支付乙方总服务金额的50作为定金（详见价目表）。所有价格为新西兰币。4.4 After Party B finish service (exclude image editing & print), Party A must pay all rest payment to party B within 48 hours.在乙方完成相关服务后的48小时内，甲方将全额支付余款 （本条款所指服务不包括后期修饰影像和打印产品）4.5 Party B shall finish customers retouch processing within 45 working days, and send to customer乙方需在45个工作日内完成后期修饰并交由客人矫验。4.6 No cancellation fee is payable on bookings cancelled at least 15 days prior to service day, except un-refundable fee from other parties, such as wedding venue hiring fee, air ticket, hotel booking, food & beverage and etc.在活动开始15天之前，无论任何原因，如甲方取消单反面取消预定，甲方可不负有责任，定金将予以返回，但乙方会扣除第三方不可退还费用，例如婚礼场地，机票，酒店预定，餐饮以及其他费用。4.7 A cancellation fee equal to 50% of whole price will be charged, if received 15 days prior to service day, plus wedding venue hiring fee, air ticket, hotel booking, food and beverage fee if exist.在活动开始15天之内，无论任何原因，如甲方取消单反面取消预定，乙方将保留50定金，并附加已支付的第三方不可退还费用，例如婚礼场地，机票，酒店预定，餐饮以及其他费用。4.8 Party A must pay whole service fee if customer cancelled the service 48 hours prior to service day在活动开始前48小时之内，无论任何原因，如甲方取消单反面取消预定，甲方必须全额支付所有费用4.9 Double of payment will be paid to Party A, if Party B failed to provide service without backup plan, and does not give notice to Party A 48 hours prior to service day.在活动开始前48小时之内，如乙方没有预先通知甲方，并且再服务当天无法提供相关服务，并没有任何补救错失。乙方将向甲方支付总金额两倍的款项作为罚金。4.9 Both parties must discuss and reschedule the service or extend to late time if the weather is extremely disaster 如遇恶劣天气因素当天无法拍摄，乙方须和甲方客人协商后该拍其他景点或者延至夜间拍摄。5. Others 其他补充5.1 There exist two copies of this Agreement.
