Commercial Invoice in 3 original 商业发票3份正本B. Packing List in 3 original 装箱单3份正本C. Certificate of Origin in one original and two copies issued by the manufacturer由制造商出具的原产地证1份正2份副本D. Certificate of Quality in one original and two copies issued the manufacturer.由制造商出具的质量证明1份正2份副本E. If the goods is packed in wooden crate, the wood crate should be heat treated and stamped with a IPPC mark. If the goods is packed with non-wooden material, the seller should issue a non-wooden certificate for it. 如果货物是木质包装，木箱应经过热处理并印有IPPC标志；如果货物是非木质包装，卖方应出具非木质包装证明。One set of the documents in photocopy will be faxed to the Buyer within 1 week after the shipment. 货物起运1周内卖方应传真一套扫描单据给买方。5.The sellers Bank Information: 卖方的银行信息：The sellers bank information should be offered by Seller before the Payment.卖方银行信息应由卖方在支付前提供。6. Packing 包装：To be packed in new strong wooden crates (s) or in carton (s), suitable for long distance transportation and to change of climate, well protected against rough handling, moisture, rain, corrosion, shocks and frozen. 应包装在坚实的木箱内，适合长距离运输和温度变化，并能很好的防止粗糙搬运，摩擦，雨淋、腐蚀、碰撞和冷冻。9. Insurance保险Insurance shall be covered by the Buyer. 买方应承担货物保险。10. Effectiveness of Contract合同的生效：This contract shall come into force from the date of signature of this contract by both parties.在双方签字后合同生效。Unless otherwise stipulated in this contract, the terms and conditions of this contract shall be interpreted in accordance with INCOTERMS 2000 provided by International Chamber of Commerce.除合同特别规定，此合同条款的解释应参照国际商会INCOTERMS 2000.This contract is signed by both parties in six originals, both buyer and seller hold one, the end user holds four.此合同正本6份，买卖双方各持1份，最终用户4份。 The attachment of this contract shall be an integral part of the contract and have the same force as the contract.此合同的附件享有与此合同同等的法律效力。Other outstanding terms see attachment: TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE OF PARTS GE FORM 33C (Rev. 5/21/02).其他未尽事宜参见附件：GE销售条款条件 3
