High-quality care in our hospital was closely integrated with the overall nursing care, nursing model to establish the responsibility contract system, from the communication mechanism, care management systems, clinical care models, performance evaluation methods, incentives and specialist nursing driving basic nursing on further promoted reform and innovation, established a quality care demonstration project of the mechanism for long-term operation, and effectively protected the patients safety and improve the quality of care, in the backdrop of medical and health system reform in public hospitals have taken a solid step forward.First, the hospital attached great importance to act together.Quality Care Demonstration Project is a systematic project, involving all aspects of the hospital, therefore, important meetings in the hospital to convey the spirit of the document and to conven the symposium, jointly issued multi-sectoral measures, such as in alleviating the clinical first-line aspects of nursing manpower shortage , expand the number of nurses and nursing staff recruitment, open recruit the backbone of nurses, establish mobile nursing libraries, encourage nurses rejoin and restrict the flow of nurses to non-nursing positon; Logistically, instal access control system in inpatient visiting, add security to assist and accompany visiting ward management; Apply requisitioned items in the HIS system, pharmacy and delivery team centralized distribute medicines, medical materials and office items for the ward to reduce the clinical nurse to the central pharmacy and supplies warehouses to get the medicine, reducing stocks in the ward and management links; Canteen staffs are responsible for patient registration dining, on time delivery, to ensure the quality of patient catering and hygiene.
