In 2010, in Fuyang Benxiang hardware factory ,the annual output for individual worker is 305,000 million yuan (one shift ,320 days for woking days per year),the annual profit will be 30,000 million yuan .The sink project compared with hardware mfacturing ,whether the annual output of the individual worker ,or the annual profit of the individual worker ,are both more than the hardware manufacturing . In todays labor more expensive circumstances ,it should be a good project .Afther a thorough investigationof the sink project ,the mould making ,machinery ,the source of raw material, the land and workshop ,the process flow ,and the tainning of worker ,all these are no problem . But the only less than predicted is the order quantity .The factory normal operation and the production cost will be up to the order quantity . Shanghai Jenjune Limited company has a long history ,and have many protential sink customers in South America and Europe . 五.可行性结论根据以上分析，水槽是一个很有潜力的项目，值得投入开发。The feasibility conclusion.According to above analysis, stainless steel sink is a potential projects. it is worth to invest and develop.附件：三1.不锈钢水槽工艺分析依据所见单槽样品，其所用材料为SUS201，材料厚度为0.5，产品完工后的投影面积较大，其样式虽为单槽，但形状较为复杂，四周侧面需进行多处折弯，这些侧面又最容易产生粘结瘤现象。由于产品拉伸所用材料厚度只有0.5MM，槽体拉伸侧面易产生凹凸不平现象。产品还有一个特点，因是单槽，槽又在单面，其模具压力中心又不在中心位置。以上这些特别因素，设计模具时必须认真对待。综合上述分析，我们研究后确定如下工艺流程。见工艺流程表。1.Technology analysis of the stainless steel sinkAccording to see single-slot samples, it used materials for SUS201, material thickness of 0.5MM，the projection of product after completion is larger. Though the style is single-slot, the shape is relatively complex.Much place around need to bend. These sides are easiest to be bonded tumor phenomenon. Because the material thickness is only 0.5 MM. The sides of sinks are easy to be uneven when stretching. Products with another characteristic, because it is a single slot, slot is at one side. The pressure center is off center. These special factors should be should be taken seriously when design mould. Comprehensive above analysis, we study and determine as follows technological process. See process sheets.三2不锈钢水槽拉伸特点及粘结瘤由于不锈钢的屈服点高，硬度高，冷作硬化效应显著，不锈钢薄板进行拉伸时特点如下：1） 因导热性比普通低碳钢差，导致所需变形力大；2） 不锈钢薄板拉伸时，塑性变形剧烈硬化，薄板拉伸时容易起皱，需要较大的压边力；3） 板料在拉深凹模圆角处的弯曲和反向弯曲所引起的回弹，通常会在产品侧壁形成凹陷变形使得尺寸精度和形状要去较高的产品需要增加整形工序来达到；4） 不锈钢薄板拉伸过程中容易出现粘结瘤现象；5） 不锈钢薄板拉伸成型过程中出现粘结瘤的问题一直困扰着生产现场，给生产者带来很大的麻烦。因此，这一问题是生产制造现场和模具设计制造都要考虑的首要问题。6） 不锈钢水槽的拉伸具有拉伸面积大，拉伸深度深及表面平整度要求高的特点。The tensile characteristic and bond tumors of the stainless steel sinkDue to the high yield point ,high hardness, and significant cold hardening effect of the stainless steel , the stainless steel sheet have following features when stretched :1) Due to the poorer thermal conductivity than the low-carbon steel , it needs larger deformation force ;2) When the stainless steel sheet is stretched , the plastic deformation will harden severely, and the sheet will be easy to wrinkle, so it needs larger blank-holder force ;3) when the material is bended and reverse bended in deep drawing at the round corner ,it will cause a springback and usually form a sinking deformation at the product side wall ,which need to increase the plastic process to acchieve the accuracy size and higer demand shape .4) it is easy to show up a bond tumor phenomenon when stretching the stainless steel sheet .5) The bond tumors problem has brought a lot of trouble to producers .Therefore ,it is the first important problem for us to consider whenever we design mould or produce .6) The drawing of the stainless steel sink have high demands ,such as the larger tensile area ,deeper drawing depth, and more smooth surface三3.模具制造根据上述分析确立如下模具安排及制模材料:1) 拉伸模一副，主要模具材料使用CR12.2) 整形压型模一副，主要模具材料使用CR12；3) 修边模一副，主要模具材料使用CR12；4) 冲侧孔模一副，主要模具材料使用CR12；5) 全套折弯刀6) 冲龙头孔模一副，主要模具材料使用CR12;7) 冲下水孔模一副，主要模具材料使用CR12.Mould making According to the above analysis,we establish mould arrangements and molding materials as below:1) A set of stretching die ,the main material is Cr12;2) A set of plastic mould ,the main material is Cr12;3) A set of trimming mould ,the main material is Cr12;4) A set of punching die for side holes, the main material is Cr12;5) Full set of bending 6) A set
