The courses would inform managers about new developments in business and engineering, but their main purpose would be to bring people together from different subsidiaries. 4.More management by walking around, where senior managers would be encouraged to visit overseas subsidiaries more often and talk to managers and employees.,5.Company banquet should be hold frequently and it can be regaeded as an as well as a sodality(联谊会)informal meeting. 6.Creat an intranet within the company.You can reinforce this by holding team meetings, posting team news
