中考评价研讨会英语学科材料之一2007年邵阳市初中毕业学业考试评价研讨会报告英 语一、2006年我市初中毕业学业考试英语学科试卷分析1、试卷结构：四个大题，80道小题加书面表达题，总分120分，时间90分钟。其中客观题60道小题75分，占总分62.5%，主观题20道小题加写书面表达题45分，占总分37.5%。基本上体现了注重阅读理解，用“语言办事情”的新课改精神。试卷直接或间接以阅读理解立意题目有45小题加书面表达，85分，占总分70.8%。如写作技能部分阅读与表达题，给学生一篇参观位于美国华盛顿一个植物园，要求学生根据文章内容用英语简要回答问题。问题包括：Who tells you about the United States Botanic Garden?Where is the United States Botanic Garden?How far is it from the Botanic Garden to the United States Capital building?What can the Botanic Garden be also served for?Is the Botanic Garden a Beautiful place for people to see?这些问题包含了阅读文章时应该了解的最基本的信息，同时也包括英语问句两大类型：特殊疑问句和一般疑问句。再如书面表达题，提供学生几点health advice, 要求写一段介绍自己日常生活的文章。这道题首先需要学生看懂信息，然后，灵活地将提供的信息单词、语句串起来组成要求的文章。这也是生活中写文章常常用到的方法和技巧。以上两道题都是阅读与写作结合起来的考题。省教育厅给予了良好的评价。2、试卷难度考试结束后，按照市教育局的安排，市教科所对邵阳市区7000多份试卷进行了抽样调查统计，结果如下：由上统计图可以看出：、除语文、政治、历史外，其他学科分段成绩统计曲线成波浪状，而非正常的偏正态分布，说明学生成绩出现两极分化；、这种现象以英语最为明显突出，0-30分有2000多份试卷，其次为物理、数学、化学。、折算成百分制，各学科得分峰值语文位于约78分、数学80分、英语82、其他学科接近90分。说明英语试卷难度合适；、如果将曲线分成两部分，前部小波浪和后部大波浪，前部小波浪区可认为没读书区，后部大波浪区为正常读书区。学生的情感、态度直接导致了成绩异常分布。二、2007年我市初中毕业学业考试考标及变动1、2007年我市初中毕业学业考试英语学科考标（一）、标准制定原则（1）、2007年邵阳市初中毕业学业考试标准以2007年湖南省初中毕业学业考试标准为依据。在考查学生对英语基础知识与基本技能掌握情况的同时，着重考查学生在具体情景中综合运用语言的能力。考试内容不与任何教材挂钩。（2）、2007年邵阳市初中毕业学业考试标准将根据邵阳市的实际情况，在考试形式，测试难度，试卷结构等方面依据2007年湖南省初中毕业学业考试标准进行必要的选择。（二）、考试形式与试卷结构（1）、考试形式 邵阳市2007年初中毕业英语学业考试包括听力测试和笔头测试，听力测试和笔头测试同卷。将采用书面作答形式闭卷进行。试卷难度值约0.65。听力材料采用在教室内播放录音的方式，以中速朗读两遍。试卷分试题卷和答题卷，全部答案必须按要求写在答题卷中对应题号的方格里。书写要求字迹清楚、卷面整洁。试卷满分为120分，考试时量120分钟。（2）、试卷结构考查内容主、客观题权重知识、能力题权重大题（权重）题 型主观客观知识能力听力技能（0.20）听音辩图、反应、理解、笔录要点0.100.1000.20知识运用（0.30）单项选择、 完形填空00.300.300阅读技能（0.30） 选择、判断00.3000.30写作技能（0.40）完成对话、 回答问题翻译、情景作文0.40000.40合计 0.500.700.300.90、听力技能（四个部分，共20小题，计20分）A) 听音辩图 共5小题，计5分。要求考生根据听到的独白内容，在提供的A、B、C三副图画中选择最为匹配的选项。本题着重考查学生把握关键信息单词的能力。B)反应 共5小题，计5分。要求考生根据听到的不完整的对话，然后在试卷的空白处写出适当的答语完成对话。本题着重考查学生用英语进行日常口头交际的能力。 C)理解 共5小题，计5分。要求考生根据听到的独白内容，选择正确的答案回答问题。本题着重考查学生听的理解能力。D)笔录要点 共5小题，计5分。要求考生根据听到的独白内容，在给出的试题空白处填入相应的信息单词。本题着重考查学生听英语时准确获取信息的能力。、知识运用 （共30小题，计30分）A)单项选择 共15小题，计15分。本题要求考生选择正确的选项完成句子或对话。着重考查学生掌握词汇和运用语法知识的能力。B)完形填空 共15空，计15分。本题包含(A)、(B)两篇短文，词汇量150左右，难度与初二英语课文相当。共设计15个空，每处空白提供三个选项。要求考生通读短文，根据上下文的意思，在提供的三个选项中选择一个最佳答案填入空白，使短文的意思通顺，结构完整。本题着重考查学生全面理解短文和综合运用语言知识的能力。、阅读技能 （三部分，共15小题，计30分）A) 阅读理解 共15小题，计30分。本题包括三篇短文，每篇词汇量100左右。题材选取日常生活、文化、科技、经济、社会、历史、政治等方面。体裁有记述文、说明文、议论文和应用文等多种形式。要求考生比较快速地通读短文，在准确理解短文的基础上，从所给的三个选项中，选择最佳选项回答或判断短文后给出的问题。本题着重考查学生的阅读理解能力。、写作技能 （四部分，共16小题，计40分）A) 完成对话 共5小题，计10分。本题由一段留有5个空白的不完整的对话组成，要求考生根据对话提供的情景和上下文逻辑联系，在空白处填上适当的话语以使对话完成，文理通顺。本题主要考查学生运用口语对话的能力。B) 回答问题 共5小题，计10分。本题由一篇短文和5个问题组成。要求考生阅读并理解短文，根据短文内容回答问题。本题着重考查学生通过阅读获取信息的能力。C) 翻译 共5小题，计10分。本题由一篇带有5个画线语句的短文组成。要求考生阅读并理解短文，然后，准确地将画线的语句翻译成汉语。本题着重考查学生跨文化交际能力。D)情景作文 共1小题，计10分。本题包括文本提示或图画提示和写作要求两部分组成。要求考生根据所给提示进行书面表达。写作时要求考生选用适当体裁和格式；抓住提示的全部信息；语法正确；文理通顺、流畅。本题着重考查学生英语的综合运用能力。2、考标题型变动： A、反应题：省要求将原来客观题改为主观题，更突出语言运用考查。例如： 反应 根据你听到的内容和实际情况，写出简要答语。1_ 2_3._ 4. _5. _ 录音原文 1.
