撒旦发射点发大学英语(专升本)课程学习指导资料本课程学习指导资料根据该课程教学大纲的要求,参照现行采用教材大学英语(3)(欣羚,易红等编著,外语教学与研究出版社,2006年)及大学英语(4)(石发林,欣羚,俞森林等编著,外语教学与研究出版社,2006年),并结合远程网络业余教育的教学特点和教学规律进行编写,适用于非英语专业的所有网络教育、成人教育相应层次学生。第一部分 课程学习目的及总体要求一、课程的学习目的通过对本课程的学习,要求学生达到或接近高校网络教育英语全国统一考试的各项水平要求。即要求学生掌握3,000左右的英语基本词,并熟练掌握其中的1,800个单词及其基本的搭配;掌握英语基本的语法规则;应掌握日常生活常见情景中的基本交际用语;具有一定的阅读理解能力,应能读懂与日常生活和社会生活相关的不同类型的文字材料,阅读速度达到每分钟50词;应能在30分钟内写出长度不少于80个单词的常见应用文及一般的叙述文、说明文和议论文。二、课程的总体要求大学英语(专升本)是全国高校网络教育公共基础课之一,也是非英语专业网络教育学生的必考科目。语言学习包括听、说、读、写、译等五方面的基本内容,而且汉语和英语分别属于不同语系,存在很多差异,因此从理解到记忆到掌握都会具有一定难度,需要学生们花大量时间认真学习、复习,并通过一定数量的练习题来配合学习。大学英语(专升本)课程内容包括:三册的八个单元Distance Learning、Culture Shock、Love、Money、Holidays、Generation Gap、Famous People、Terrorism和四册的八个单元Marriage、Career、Hi-Tech、Stress、Creativity、Business、Public Speaking、Man and Nature。每个单元包括背景信息、精读课文一篇及相关练习、泛读课文两篇及相关练习、语言拓展。其中单词是基础,语法是根本,交际用语是重点,提高阅读能力、写作能力和翻译能力是目的。第二部分 课程学习的基本要求及重点难点内容分析第三册Unit 1 Distance Learning1、本单元学习要求(1)应熟悉的内容网络学习与传统学习方式的区别和如何适应网络学习。(2)应掌握的内容精读课文中的语言点:with/ have sth. to sb.s credit; overwhelm; given; It takesto do sth.; get adjusted to; engage in;rob sb. of sth.; live。泛读课文中的语言点:crucial; look into; rule sb./sth. out; set aside; become accustomed to sth./ doing sth.; be confined to sth.; fall behind; have sth. in common; look over sbs shoulder; put off; turn down。阅读技巧:略读2、本单元重点难点分析(1)重点学会打电话用语,学会略读。(2)难点形容词和副词的用法。通过完成下面作业可以更详细地理解和掌握。(1)背诵5句打电话用语。(2)在哪些情况下,形容词修饰名词要后置?(3)列出副词的5种用法。Unit 2 Culture Shock1、本单元学习要求(1)应熟悉的内容跨文化交际中的文化冲击和应对策略。(2)应掌握的内容精读课文中的语言点:armwith.; occur to; take it upon sb. to do; be in full swing; be determined to do sth.; get to the bottom of sth.。泛读课文中的语言点:reverse; show off; at ease (with).; depressed; get through; come across; look back on; thought-provoking。阅读技巧:扫读2、本单元重点难点分析(1)重点学会感谢与应答用语,学会扫读。(2)难点冠词的用法。通过完成下面作业可以更详细地理解和掌握。(1)背诵5句感谢与应答用语。(2)列出5种撰写文章结尾的方法。(3)完成下面例题: _ girl dressed _ black is her sister Rose.
