East Tennessee Title I NCLB ConferenceInformation Overview for ExhibitorsOVERVIEWThe East Tennessee NCLB Title I Conference will be held December 5-7, 2012 at the Gatlinburg Convention Center in Gatlinburg, TN. Attendees to this conference include Federal Program Directors, Title I Supervisors, various system administrators, teachers, and other staff from school systems across the state. Last year the conference hosted over 1,400 participants and over 50 Exhibitors. You are invited to display products that conference attendees may review for purchase. This is a great opportunity for you to network directly with potential customers and clients. Booth space will be available adjacent to general and breakout sessions in the Ballroom B, C, and D. If you vend to the education market in Tennessee, you should make plans to attend this conference!EXHIBITOR SPACE LOCATION: The Exhibit Hall will be located in the W.L. Mills Conference Center Ballroom B, C, and D of the Gatlinburg Convention Center. All booth spaces will be assigned in the order in which the signed Registration Application is received. Vendors may reserve the space with a faxed or emailed completed Registration form. Payment is due by Friday, November 2, 2012, unless otherwise arranged with a Vendor Committee member. (If payment is received after this date, information will not be printed in the Conference Program material.) More information on the Gatlinburg Convention Center and directions may be found at . BOOTH RATES AND BOOTH INFORMATION: Booths are rented by the Table. Table Rates are as follows: Inside Table:$300/1st table - $150/additional tables Corner Table:$400/1st table - $200/additional tables *Outside Table:only available for vendors that provide sponsorships at a minimum of $500 Electricity: $100 Wireless Internet Access: $40Additional Exhibitor Tables, Electricity, and Wireless Internet Access must be purchased separatelyEach Booth package will include: 8 Deep x 10 Wide Booth Space 8 Teal Back Drape 3 Teal Side Drapes 8x24” White Covered, Teal Skirted Tables chairs Wastebasket Security provided Special Exhibitor Badges Conference Program Booklets Company listing in the Conference Program for all Conference participantsEXHIBIT DIRECTORYThe Title I Conference Program will be distributed to all conference participants, and will contain the official Exhibitor Directory. This information will be pulled from the Exhibitor Registration Form. Please complete the form and forward to the Vendor Committee member listed below by November 2, 2012 for inclusion in the conference program. EXHIBIT HALL SCHEDULE: Move-In/Set up:Tuesday, December 412:00-5:00- you must exit the building by 5:30Exhibit Hall Hours:Wednesday, December 5 7:30-5:00Thursday, December 68:00-5:00Friday, December 78:00-12:00Set-up information: Vendors may set up beginning Tuesday, December 4th from 12:00-5:00pm. Pack-up Information:Vendors must be cleared from the Exhibit Hall on Friday, December 7th by 3:00. Reminder: Vendors are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier of their choice to schedule packages to be picked up and each vendor is responsible for having the proper return shipping labeling on the packages. *VENDOR SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIESSponsors will receive special recognition throughout the conference. Vendors providing sponsorships will have the opportunity to be located outside the Vendor Hall. All vendors will present in the Vendor Hall area! (This is a change from the previous years.) Any vendor that wishes to partners with a school system may present in the regular presentation rooms. Please have the school system complete the Conference Presentation Proposal. We ask that these presentations not be a “sales pitch” and use this as a time to share the experiences your company had shared with various school systems. For more information visit the website at / for Conference Proposals.OTHER PRESENTATION OPPORTUNITIES Exhibit Hall Mini-Presentations are available for registered vendors. Space will be designated in the Exhibit Hall for Vendors to host “mini” presentation sessions of their product. This is an opportunity to share with conference participants a brief overview of your product and to let them see first-hand what your products are all about. These sessions are 30 minutes and are offered at various times through-out the conference. Interested vendors should complete the Exhibit Hall Form and submit with the Application. For more information visit the website at / .SPECIAL EXHIBITOR GIVEAWAY Exhibitors are invited to donate items/services for a conference sponsored “door prize” program. The Door prizes will be given away during the Closing General Session on Friday, December 7. Donating vendors will be given special recognition during the conference. To participate in the program, please complete the Door Prize Form and submit with your Exhibitor Registration Application.
