Electrical earthing work of all three lines for TCS, compression and refrigeration and reactors will be constructed by TCC. 2、编制依据及执行标准、编制依据及执行标准 Compilation basis and execution standards 电气接地工程的安装均严格执行国家有关电气标准图集、电气设计图纸及相关的电气施工规范。 The installation work of electrical earthing should be in accordance with relative national electrical collection of standard design drawings, electrical design drawings and relative electrical construction codes strictly. 2.1 由 Fluor 下发的电气接地施工图纸 Electrical earthing construction drawings issued by Fluor 2.2 由 Fluor 下发的电气安装施工规范 Electrical installation construction code issued by Fluor 2.3 全国通用电气安装工程标准图集 National general electrical installation engineering collection of standard design drawings 2.4相关的施工规范及质量评定标准: Relative construction code and quality assessment standard: 2.5 电气装置安装工程施工及验收规范(合订本)。 Electrical apparatus installation engineering construction and acceptance code (bound edition) 2.6 电气装置安装工程接地装置施工及验收规范(GB5016992) Electrical apparatus installation engineering earthing construction and acceptance code (GB5016992) 2.7 建筑电气工程质量验收规范(GB503032002) 。 Architectural electrical engineering quality acceptance code(GB503032002) 2.8 施工现场临时用电安全技术规范(JGJ4688) 。 Construction site temporary electricity utilization safe and technical code(JGJ4688) 22 江 西 新 余 赛 维L D K 多 晶 硅 项 目 电 气 施 工 方 案 2 2.9 石油化工静电接地设计规范(SH3097-2000) Petrochemical industry electrostatic grounding design code(SH3097-2000) 2.10 由 Fluor 下发的相关质量评定表。 Relative quality assessment sheets issued by Fluor 3、主要施工工序、主要施工工序 Main construction procedure 电气接地安装工程施工工序 electrical earthing installation work construction procedure 施工交底 Construction clarification 材料进场检查报验 Inspection work for material approach 现场测量放线 Site survey and setting out 土方开挖 Earthwork excavation 接地极安装 Earthing pole installation 接地线敷设安装 Earth wire laying and installation 检查报验 Inspection 土方回填夯实 Backfilling and compaction 4、施工方法、技术措施与要求、施工方法、技术措施与要求 Construction method, technical measure and requirement 4.1 施工前的准备施工前的准备 Preparation work prior to construction 1) 由管理人员负责组织参加施工的施工人员认真熟悉施工图纸及相关设计文件、标准规范,掌握 设计意图及设计要求。做好施工图纸的审查、会审。 The supervisor is responsible to organize the construction personnel together for familiarizing construction drawings, relative design document, and installation codes and knowing of design intention and design requirement. Make a good preparation for drawing review and drawing joint checkup. 2) 按施工作业计划备齐施工用料及施工机具。 Prepare construction material and construction machine as per construction plan. 33 江 西 新 余 赛 维L D K 多 晶 硅 项 目 电 气 施 工 方 案 3 3) 做好进场材料的检验报验工作,应符合规范要求。 The inspection work for material that will be entered the site should be done as per code requirement. 4) 开工前对施工人员进行全面的安全技术交底。 Complete safety and technical clarification should be told to all the construction personnel prior to commencing work. 5) 施工前组织与土建或其它专业进行工序交接,核实现场是否满足电气接地施工要求。 The work procedure handover between civil work and other specialty should be organized prior to construction and verify that whether the site is in accordance with electrical earthing construction requirement. 4.2 接地装置安装接地装置安装步骤步骤 earthing devices installation step 4.2.1 地下部分 underground part 1) 按照设计图尺寸位置进行现场测量放线,要求开挖接地沟,沟深不小于1000mm。 Site survey and setting out should be done as per design drawing dimension location. The depth of earthing trench should not be less than 1000mm based on requirement. 2) 接地极应垂直埋入地下,并保证不发生较大弯曲变形;接地极上端离完工地面不少于 500mm.,接地极间距5米。 Vertically insert the earthing pole into the ground and make sure that there is no bigger bending deflection. The earthing pole upper end should not be less than 500mm away from finished floor. The earthing poles span are 5 m. 3) 敷设接地线时,应使用图纸设计的规格的接地线缆。 During laying the earthing cable, the specification of earth wire is used as shown in design drawing. 4) 按设计图纸局部详图相应的连接件对接地线和接地体以及接地线之间进行可靠连接. The corresponding connector shown in IFC detail drawing is used to connect the earth wire and earth bar reliable. 5) 每一处施工完毕后,及时请相关部门进行隐蔽工程检查验收,合格后方能回填夯实, 同时做好隐蔽工程验收记录。 Inform relative department to inspect concealed work after every part construction work 44 江 西 新 余 赛 维L D K 多 晶 硅 项 目 电 气 施 工 方 案 4 is over. Backfill and compact it when it is acceptable and make an acceptance record for the concealed work at the same time. 4.2.2 地上部分 aboveground part 1) 按照设计图尺寸位子进行现场测量弹线,使用相应的工具安装接地支撑件。 Site survey and setting out should be done as per design drawing dimension location. Earthing support is erected with relative tools. 2) 敷设接地线将其固定在支撑件上,在与接地连接点连接部分导线应留有一定量的驰度。 (保证墙体或结构上敷设的接地线横平竖直) Lay earth wire and fix it to the fixture. The connecting conductor should have certain slackness at the grounded junction. (The earth wire on the wall or structure should be level in horizontal orientation and vertical in longitudinal orientation.) 3) 金属管道每 50-80 米做一次接地,当管道的电气连续性不能满足时,须采用 FEZN0.8mm 跨接 线连接。电缆桥架每 30 米做一次接地连接。所有容积大于 50m3和直径大于 2.5m 的贮罐,接地点 不少于 2 处,间距不大于 30 米,沿设备外围均匀布置。 Earthing should be done every 50-80m for metal pipe. If the electrical continuity of pipe can not comply with the requirement, FEZN0.8mm jumper wire is used to connect. Earthing should be done every 30m for cable tray. Regarding all the storage tank( volume50m3 and diameter2.5m), the earthing contact should not be less than 2 and space should be no more than 30m. Arrange them equally along the equipment perimeter. 4.2.3注意事项Notes 1) 接地导线的安排应按照图纸。在地上敷设时,除非另有说明,则应为聚氯乙烯绝缘导线。 Arrange the earth wire as per drawing. If the earthing cable be layed above ground,it should be PVC isolated conductor unless other indicate. 2) 接地棒毗邻间隔至少3000毫米,且不得近于打桩深度。 All the earthing rods space should be no less than 3000mm and should not less the earthing bars bottom deep. 3)接地极与地下管道的间距应确保不小于1000毫米。 The space between earthing pole and underground pipe should not be less than 1000mm. 4) 接地电缆应连接到设备上的接地连接点,当无接地连接点时必须提供一接地夹具。设备本体不 55 江 西 新 余 赛 维L D K 多 晶 硅 项 目 电 气 施 工 方 案 5 得钻孔或焊接,除非有业主的书面许可。 Earthing cable should be connect to the grounded junction of equipment. Earthing clamp must be provided when there is no grounded junction. No drill or no weld for equipment body without written approval of owner. 5) 在进行绝缘线缆的联结时,裸露部分要用绿色或黄色的绝缘带包裹起来。 When insulation wire is being joined, bare part shall be packed with green or yellow insulating tape. 6) 有时要穿过墙体或楼板,或土建墙体及楼地面施工时,采取预埋保护套管或预留出接地 干线保护套管的孔。 Sometimes passing through walling or floor plate, or when civil walling and flooring are under construction, cased borehole shall be protected by using embed protective cased pipe or embed main line of earth connection. 7) 接地线应按水平或垂直敷设,亦可与建筑物倾斜结构平行敷设在直线段上。接地线沿建 筑物墙壁水平敷设时,离地面距离宜为 250300mm。明敷接地线应便于检查,敷设位置 不应妨碍设备的拆卸和检修,支持件间的距离,在水平直线部分宜为 0.3m,垂直部分宜 为 0.4m。接地干线不应有高低起伏及弯曲现象,水平度及垂直度允许偏差为 2,不应超 过 10mm。 Earth connection shall be laid down according to vertical or horizontal as well as parallel laid down on the straight line with the oblique structure of building. When earth connection is horizontally laid down along the wall of building, the distance shall be 250300mm high from the ground. Exposed laying earth connection shall be easy to be checked, and the location of laying down shall not obstruct the demounting and inspection of equipment, and the distance between supporters shall be 0.3m in the horizontal part of straight line, and the vertical part shall be 0.4m. Up and down as well as bending shall not be seen in the main line of earth connection, allowable deviation of levelness and verticality is 2, which shall not be more than 10mm. 8) 接地干线在经过建筑物的伸缩(或沉降)缝时,应将接地干线在通过伸缩(或沉降)缝 的一段做成弧形。 When main line of earth connection passes through expansion joint (or sedimentation), 66 江 西 新 余 赛 维L D K 多 晶 硅 项 目 电 气 施 工 方 案 6 the segment passing through expansion joint (or sedimentation) of main line of earth connection shall be made curve. 9) 设备的零电位接地与内在安全接地系统应当与主接地和其它接地隔开 电气装置每个接地支线应单独与接地干线相连接,不允许几个部分串联后与干线相连,接地干线应 在不同的地方与接地网可靠连接。 The zero electric potential earth connection of equipment and intrinsic safety earth connection system shall be isolated with other earth connection system. Each branch line of earth connection of electric installation shall be connected solely with main line of earth connection, several parts connected in series connecting to main line is not permitted, main line of earth connection shall be securely connected with earth screen in different places. 4.3接地电阻测量接地电阻测量 earth connection electric resistance survey 1) 接地电阻测试仪必须经专业计量审定。 Earth connection electric resistance test instrumentation must be approved by profession measurement. 2) 在测试前,先将检流计指针调零,再将倍率标准杆置于最大倍数,慢摇,同时调整测量 标准盘,使检流计为零。 Prior to testing, indicated needle of galvanometer shall be zero set firstly, then magnification standard bar shall be paced to maximum multiple, slowly shaking, at the same time adjusting surveying calibrated dial and making galvanometer zero. 3) 将倍率开关置于最大倍数,缓慢转动手柄,同时转动倍率盘,使指针转向中心线处,否 则选用合适倍率,使指针转向
