(F) And Snow White is the _ lady in the world.,Vitamins From one of the most famous dieticians,Hello, Im Cai Lan, the Dietician(饮食专家) from Hong Kong. Nice to see you here. Today let me tell you something about “Vitamins”Something when you have in your body, you can have less(更少的) illness, I will tell you five kinds of Vitamins.,1)Firstly, comes to Vitamin A. Its the most important food for our healthy skin(皮肤), bright eyes and good night vision(视力). We can get Vitamin A from eggs, milk, carrots, fish oil, spinach(菠菜) etc, and broccoli is a better way to get Vitamin A.,2) Secondly, thats Vitamin B. It can help to get more red blood cells and,cells-regrowth(细胞再生). We can get Vitamin B from meat, fish, cereals-bread, etc.,3) Thirdly, lets turn to Vitamin C. Its healthier for our strong teeth, gums(齿龈), bones and muscles(肌肉). We can get Vitamin C from oranges,tomatoes, strawberries, peppers etc.,4) And then we get to Vitamin D. Its good for our strong teeth and bones, makes,us brighter and stronger. We can get from eggs, milk, animalslivers, mushrooms, fried chips,etc.,5) And last, lets know Vitamin E together. Its good for our skin and eyes. Its also good for livers(肝) and lungs(肺). We can get from milk, cheese, seafood, kelp(海带), laver(紫菜) and bean products(豆制品),etc.aril,A recipe for- Name名字:Pan-fry pork(肉饼) and tofu(豆腐) with Chinese preserved egg(皮蛋) 皮蛋香煎豆腐肉饼 Materials材料& Ingredients配料: Medium firm tofu, 400g 中硬度豆腐400克 Minced pork, about 400g免治猪肉400克左 Black preserved egg, peeled, diced, 3 eggs 皮蛋3只, 去壳, 切粒 Large egg, 1 egg 蛋1只 Tian jian diced preserved vegetable, cleaned, 2 tbsp冬菜2汤匙, 洗净 Diced green onion, 1 tbsp 青葱粒1汤匙 Asian preserved black olive slices, 3 tbsp黑榄菜3汤匙(非必要)Salt, 1/2 tsp盐1/2茶匙 Corn starch, 2 tbsp粟粉2汤匙,Directions做法: Step 1: Wrap the tofu with a CLEAN towel firmly. 将豆腐用干净的布或毛巾包实。 Twist both side of the towel until the tofu is mashed and all the water from the tofu is released. Mix the dried tofu flake with ingredients 2-9. 然后毛巾左右不断扭转收紧,直至将豆腐榨干水份。 Mix it well and divide it 12-14 small pieces (or even more) evenly. Put it aside. 再将豆腐和材料2-9搅匀, 分成12-14份(或更多)备用。,Directions做法: Step 2: Heat the non sticky pan with 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat until hot. 易洁镬用中火落1汤匙油起镬。 Pan-fry all the tofu mixtures until all sides将所有豆腐件煎至四面金黄(约6-8分钟), 上碟即成。 Cooks notes小贴士: 1.Twist both side of the towel with inverse direction like wrapping a candy. Tighten it as much as you can so the water inside the tofu can be released. 搾豆腐时就将包糖果一样, 将左右两端以相反方向不段扭转收紧, 慢慢就可以搾出很多的水, 越干就越好。,Cooks notes小贴士: 2. If the preserved vegetable is too salty, soak it in cold water before using it. 冬菜各种排子味道不一, 要按照它的味道去调整味道, 如果本身太咸的话, 可以先浸水令它咸味降低。 3. Use non-sticky pan to pan fry the tofu mixture to avoid using too much oil. 用易洁镬去煎, 所用的油份比较少, 会比较健康。 4. Asian black olive enhances the flavor but it is optional to use. 黑榄菜味道惹味, 没有的话可以不加。 Introduction介绍:,A recipe for- Name名字: Turkeys 火鸡 Materials材料& Ingredients配料: 1.18 pound of a whole turkey, neck and giblets removed 一整只火鸡(18磅,约等于8公斤),去掉脖子和内脏 2. 2 large onions, peeled and chopped两个大洋葱、剥皮、切碎 3. 4 carrots, peeled and chopped 四个胡萝卜,剥皮、切碎 4. 4 stalks celery, chopped四根芹菜,切段 5. 2 sprigs fresh thyme两把新鲜的百里香 6. 1 bay leaf 1片月桂叶 7. 1 cup dry white wine一杯干白 8. 2 cups of kosher salt两杯粗盐(1杯大概是180毫升) 9. 1/2 cup butter, melted半杯融化掉的黄油,Directions步骤: 1. Rub the turkey inside and out with the kosher salt. 用粗盐里里外外摩擦火鸡 2. Place the bird in a large stock pot, and cover with cold water. 然后将火鸡放到一个大锅里,倒满冷水。 3. Place in the refrigerator, and allow the turkey to soak in the salt and water mixture,12 hours, or overnight.,将大锅放入冰箱,放置12个小时(或过夜),让火鸡吸收盐味。,4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Thoroughly rinse the turkey, and discard the brine mixture.预热烤箱至175摄氏度。倒掉浸火鸡 的盐水,稍微冲洗一下 火鸡。,5. Brush the turkey with 1/2 the melted butter. 在火鸡身上刷上那半杯融化了的黄油。,7. Stuff the turkey cavity with 1 onion, 1/2 the carrots, 1/2 the celery, 1 sprig of thyme, and the bay leaf.
