The airway management in general anesthesia, follow ASA Difficult Airway Guideline. Moderate/deep sedation - - use CO2 monitoring General anesthesia + secure airway deep sedation +no airway Be extubated when fully awake in the upright position & reversal of neuromuscular blockade.
