Journey to the West,Journey to the West is one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese literature. It was written in the 16th century during the Ming Dynasty and attributed to Wu Chengen.,It is a story about a Buddhist monk and bunch of animals with human characteristic. The animals actually in the story are a very fairy tale type of mood and they traveled west to India to find scriptures. The animals themselves are celestial being in mortal forms and they have magical powers that protect them from the goblins and the evil spirits.,They encountered many untold hardships and incredible dangers along the way. Xuanzang is always captured and have his life threatened while his disciples try to find an ingenious (but often violent) way of liberating him, finally after 81 difficulties they got the true scriptures and become Buddhas.,In 1986, The novel was made into TV series by Yang Jie and soon become popular with the brilliant performances by the actors such as Liu xiaolingtong、Ma d
