Grade8() Unit 5 Section A 3a-4通过书中所列出的新年晚会的一些规章制度,让学生明白在晚会中该做的事情和不该做的,并对没有遵守章程可能产生的结果做出预测,让学生学会在条件状语从句中综合运用一般将来时。教学思路:本课时围绕谈论因果关系,以Going to the party情境为切入点,先用与现实生活相贴近的问答复习上节课所学内容,并通过歌曲导入关于party这一情境,激发学习兴趣。再以布告的形式展示课文新内容,激发学生的好奇心,提供阅读与写作的素材。然后播放听力并进行示范性对话,提供口语听力练习。最后以完成海报的形式来训练学生的听说读写的综合语言运用能力。在整个教学过程,充分利用多媒体这一图文并茂、绘声绘色的表达工具展开教学活动,并采取全班活动、小组活动、双人活动等形式多样的训练方式,充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,让学生在高效的课堂教学中学习。教学设计理念:根据素质教育原则,本课是在一个轻松、民主、和谐的教学氛围中进行的,学生们在活动中突破难点、发展能力,课堂气氛活跃。教学过程中充分利用了多媒体创设情景,更真实、自然,有利于拓宽学生学习和运用英语渠道。同时在该节课中提倡任务型教学,采用任务激励,合作探究的训练方式吸引学生主动参与,培养学生综合应用语言的能力。教学组织形式:课堂集体教学、小组合作探究教学目标Teaching aims:1.Knowledge Objects: (1)Function:In this unit students learn to talk about consequences.(2)Key Vocabulary:flower;clean-up;take away(3)Structure:First conditional if+willPresent progressive as future2.Ability Objects:(1) Grasp the words and phrases in this part(2)Learn to talk about some rules using if(2)To train studentsability of speaking,reading and writing skills.3.Moral Objects:(1)To enable to take an active part in all kinds of activities in an English class.(2)To be able to express their feelings in simple English.教学重点Teaching important points:Talk about consequences with the key vocabulary.教学难点Teaching difficult points:Reading and writing practice. 教学工具Teaching aids: Multi-media, Computer,Blackboard 教学方法Teaching methods:(1) Practicing method.(2) Reading and writing methods(3) Communicative approach.教学步骤Teaching steps:Step 1 : Warming-up and reviewT:Good morning class .Are you happy today?Ss: Yes.T: Me,too.Every day,when I come into the classroom,Im always very happy.If Im happy, Ill laughBoys and girls what will happen if you are happy?Ss:(Students answer freely)Step 2 Lead to new lesson(1)Play a song_Shalala to arouse the studentsinterest and make them in high spirt. (Show a sence of school party on the screen and play a song )(2)Go on asking:T: Boys and girls,are you happy if you go to the party?Ss: Yes.T:Then what will you do if you go to the party ?Ss:(answer)(Show the phrases which may be used on the screen)Eg.Dress up ,put on beautiful clothes,invite friends and so on T:Great.You have got ready for the party.But we have to remember some rules for the school party.We will learn these rules.Now please open your books and turn to Page36,3a.Step 3 Presentation(3a)1.Let students read 3a quickly and silently,then complete the dialogue . (Show the dialogue on the screen)2.Teach the new vocabulary:principal;take away(Show some sample sentences) Read aloud the notice after the teacher .3.Students read the dialogue and act it out in pairs. (Show the correct answers on the screen)4.Students check their answers .5.Have students read 3a again and find the sentences including“if”, and tell the tense.Step4 :Pairwork(3b)1.Ask two students to read the sample dialogue in 3b.2.Say: Now look at the rules of 3a and make other conversations like this with your partner.3.Ask several pairs of students to say their conversations to the class.4.Now, lets make rules for our school library!Dont talk loudly. If you do,_ Dont eat food in the library. If you do,_Step 5:Extention1.Pairwork(4)First read the instructions.Ask two students to read the sample dialogue.(Show on the screen)Ask another one or two students to suggest other charity events.Tell them they can pick a topic of current interest in the news.(Show some pictures about Yaan Earthquake)Ask the students to talk about it like the sample.2.Group tasksTeacher prepare four tasks.Each group has a task.Task1:If you go to the school clean-up,what will you do?Task 2:If one of your classmates will take part in the competition of Super Girls Voice,what will you do for her?Task 3: If you go to Yaan visit, what will you do ?Task 4: If you go to the childrens hospital visit, what will you do ?Teacher puts some paper sheets in a box .There is a task on each sheet.The leaders of groups come to the front and get a task back for their own group.Dicuss in groups.These are the tasks.(Show on the screen)Students are interested in this kind of tasks.All of them take an active part in their tasks .After discussion each group show their plays.Step 6: Homework1.Review the vocabulary and expressions in this part.2.Make up some rules for your c
