北京市论文：北京市 收费场馆 体育俱乐部 业余排球俱乐部【中文摘要】北京奥运会、残奥会的圆满成功,使首都北京的经济社会发展站在了一个新的起点上,努力建设“人文北京、科技北京、绿色北京”成为北京城市发展的新目标和新追求。而要想建设“人文北京”,就必须“大力发展文化事业和文化产业,充分展现首都文化的魅力”。研究北京市业余排球俱乐部的发展现状及运行特点,一方面可以为北京市业余排球俱乐部的发展提供参考和指导,推动北京市群众排球运动的发展,具体落实建设“人文北京”的要求。另一方面,随着我国经济和社会的整体快速发展以及城市化水平的进一步提高,本研究还可以为其他社会经济综合水平快速发展的城市开展群众排球运动提供有价值的参考和借鉴。本文主要采用文献法、问卷法、访谈法和观察法进行研究,研究结果表明:1、北京市业余排球俱乐部目前约有48家,成员1200人左右;俱乐部规模以中小型为主,30人以下规模的占80%;俱乐部活动场所主要集中在四块玉体育训练基地、什刹海体育运动学校、首都体育学院和首都体育馆;俱乐部成员的男女比例为9:1,87%的成员为本科以上学历,61%的俱乐部成员月收入在6000元以上。2、北京市业余排球俱乐部的运行,主要表现在管理者产生、成员加入、成员退出、活动组织和经费管理五个方面。单位型业余排球俱乐部管理者以单位指定或俱乐部创始人自任的形式产生;俱乐部主要通过朋友介绍的方式发展成员,并无条件接纳所有有意加入俱乐部者;俱乐部不主动劝退成员,自动离开是成员退出的主要方式;俱乐部的所有活动组织均由管理者通过网络发起;俱乐部通过财务人员每月报账进行经费管理。社会型业余排球俱乐部主要靠俱乐部成员个人出资运行,俱乐部成员来自不同的社区或单位;俱乐部通过创始人自任和公议两种形式产生管理者;俱乐部主要通过朋友介绍的方式发展成员,但会有选择性地吸收成员入会;主动离开、被动离开、劝退和“另立山头”是俱乐部成员退出的四种主要方式;俱乐部的活动组织由管理者通过网络、电话或短信发起;俱乐部通过队长或财务定期公布财务报表进行经费管理。【英文摘要】Thanks of the Beijing Olympic and paralympic games, the economic and social development of the capital Beijing stands at a new starting point, strive to build a “humanistic Beijing, science and technology Beijing, and green Beijing, “ Beijing become Beijings urban development new goals and new pursuit.
