CHINA Shipping marks：On the surface of each package, the package number, contract number, measurements, gross weight, net weight, the lifting positions, such cautions 合同号 Contract No. 地点 Place 日期 Date as “DO NOT STACK UP SIDE DOWN”, “KEEP AWAY FROM MOISTURE” and the following shipping mark shall be stenciled legibly in fadeless paint: 11JSZ003 NINGBO.P.R. CHINA （7） 装运期限: 收到90%货款后半月内 TIME OF SHIPMENT:Within a half Months After Receiving 90% of total contact value （8） 装运口岸:中国宁波 PORT OF SHIPMENT: NINGBO,CHINA （9） 到货口岸: 杰伯拉里港 PORT OF DESTINATION:JEBEL ALI,U.A.E （10）保险: 由卖方按所装运价值的110%投保一切险、战争险从装运口岸至目的口岸。 INSURANCE: To be covered by the Seller with 110% of shipped value against All Risks, War Risk from the port of shipment to the port of destination. （11) 包装: 须用集装箱/或坚固的新木箱包装，适合长途海运，防湿、防潮、防震、防锈， 耐粗暴搬运，由于包装不良所发生的损失，由于采用不充分或不妥善的防护措施而造成的任何锈损，卖方应负担由此而产生的一切费用和/或损失。 PACKING: To be packed in container(s)/or new strong wooden case(s) suitable for long distance ocean transportation and well protected against dampness, moisture, shock, rust and rough handling. The Seller shall be liable for any damage to the goods on account of improper packing and for any rust damage attributable to inadequate or improper protective measures taken by the Seller, and in such case or cases any and all losses and /or expenses incurred in consequence thereof shall be borne by the Seller. (12) 付款条件: 信用证付款:买方在合同签订后7天内按合同总金额的100%（US$27608.00） 开立以卖方为受益人的不可撤消的即期信用证，卖方凭本合同第13条规定的装运单据及开出即期汇票提交给开证银行议付其中90%货款，余下的10 %卖方凭买方及最终用户签发的货物最终接受证书议付。信用证的有效期至货物装运后一百天为止。 TERMS OF PAYMENT:Payment by L/C: Within 7 days after the contract is signed, the Buyer should establish an irrevocable L/C at sight, in favor of the Seller, for an amount equivalent to 100% ( One Hundred Percent) of the total contract value say: us Dollars Twenty seven Hundred six hundred and eight ( US$27608.00 ). 90% (Ninety percent) of the total value shall be payable against presentation of draft(s) drawn at sight on the opening bank and the shipping documents stipulated in Clause 13 hereof. The balance 10 % (Ten percent) shall be payable against “Final acceptance certificate” signed by the End-User. The term of validity of the L/C shall be 100 days after the shipment. （13）单据:卖方应将下列单据寄给买方: 1. 全套可议付的清洁已装运海运提单，空白抬头、空白背书，标明运费已付，并通知买方。 2. 如采用的是木制品包装，则须在包装上注明有”IPPC”字样并提供相应证明正本一份；如采用的是非木制品包装，则须提供由卖方或设备制造商出具的非木质包装证明一份。 3. 保险单或保险证明书注明投保险别（一切险 ），按所装运货物金额110%投保。 4. 发票五份，注明合同号、唛头。 5. 装箱单五份，注明毛重、净重、尺码和所装货物每项的品名、数量。 6. 由卖方或设备制造厂签发的质量和数量/重量证明书各三份。 7. 按照本合同第16条规定的货物装船后2个工作日内发给买方装运通知传真真实副本一份。 DOCUMENTS:The Seller shall post the following documents to the Buyer: 1. Full set of Negotiable Clean on Board Ocean Bills of Lading and made out to order, blank endorsed, marked “Freight Prepaid”, and notifying the Buyer. 2. “”IPPC” should be stamped outside the wooden cases and an original of related certificate if it is packed by wooden material; Or the original declaration of no wood packing material issued by Seller or the manufacturer if it is not packed by wooden material. 3. Insurance Policy or Certificate, covering 110% of the value of the shipping goods against all risks. 4. Invoice in quintuplicate, indicating contract number and shipping mark. 5. Packing list in quintuplicate with indication of both gross and net weights, measurements, description and quantity of each item packed. 6. Certificate of Quality and Quantity / Weight in triplicate issued by the Seller or the manufacturers。 7. A true copy of fax to advise the Buyer of shipment within 2 working days after the goods are loaded on ship as specified in Clause 16 hereof. (14) 装运条款: 1.卖方在装运期内一次完成合同设备的CIF交货。 2.技术文件随合同设备一同发运。 3.卖方应选择信誉良好的运输公司作为合同设备的承运人，承运船不应悬挂买方不能接受国家或地区的国旗。 TERMS OF SHIPMENT: 1、The Seller shall complete the CIF delivery of the Contract Equipment in one lot within the time of shipment. 2、The Technical Documentation shall be delivered together with the Contract Equipment. 3、The Seller shall choose a reputable transport company as the carrier for the transportation of the Contract Equipment. The flag of the carrying vessel shall not be the flag of any country or district which the Buyer cannot accept. (15) 装运通知: 在装运后2个工作日内，卖方传真通知买方：合同号 海运提单日期及号码 承运船的船名 船到目的港的预计时间 设备名称，总价值，包装总件数，装运的总重量及体积。在装运后5个工作日内，卖方传真买方：海运提单 发票 装箱单。卖方应当明确通知买方关于合同设备的特别注意事项，包括但不限于特别保护或事故处理措施。 SHIPPING ADVICE: Within 2 working days after shipment is effected, the Seller shall inform the Buyer by fax ofcontract number date and number of the Bill of Lading name of carrying vessel estimated time of arrival of the vessel at the port of destination name of equipment, total price, total number of packages, total weight and total volume of the shipment. and within 5 working days after shipment is effected, the Seller should fax the Buyer Bill of Lading Invoice Packing List.
