Lesson 51What Could Be Wrong? 教学整体设计【教学目标】1.能够熟练掌握本课单词和重点句子。2.通过中心话题“是哪儿出现了问题”，让学生发现同学们之间可能存在的问题。3.从课本的问题反思自身，是否也有类似的问题。4.总结定语从句的用法，学会使用定语从句。【教学重难点】1.掌握文中重点单词passport，proper，promise和短语。2.掌握并能熟练运用文中的重点句子。3.复习定语从句。【课前准备】黑板，录音机，配套磁带，卡片 教学过程设计 教学过程一、创设情境，切入主题Step 1：Warming upT：Do you have any problems between you and your friends?Ss：Yes，I do.T：If you have a problem with a friend，what do you usually do?Ss：If its my fault，I usually say sorry to her/him，but if it isnt my fault，I wont talk to her until she apologizes to me.T：OK，I advise you not to be so strict.Friends shouldnt be like this.You should have a good talk and try to solve the problems.设计意图：新课开始，教师通过设计几个学生感兴趣的问题导入新课，能调动他们的学习积极性。二、展开过程，探究新知Step 2：Presentation1.Teacher shows the word cards and each card with a picture stands for the word we are going to learn：figure，directly, misunderstanding.Ask the students come to the front to touch the right card when you read a word and then explain the meanings and the usages of these words.Make sentences with the words and explain the meanings.2.Give the students five minutes to remember the words.
