时候，大多数人都会容忍这种表达不到位的或者说表达糟糕的信息，但是，虽然交际过程完 成了，可是传达的并非本意，有时还会引起交际对方的误会，这就严重影响到交际的质量， 不能达到交际的目的。 3 如何提高口语表达的质量 那么，如何才能在英语会话教学 中避免滑向这种折衷的信息，强调信息的质量呢？首要的是，我们必须认识到高质量交流的 重要性。笔者认为所谓高质量交际应该是指以准确而富表现力的语言传输重要的概念和思想。 如何才能做到这一点？关键的是养成用英语思维的习惯，准确地说，是养成用英语思维的能 力。笔者认为，学习语言的过程，主要是接受另外一种语言背后的规则，所谓规则就是一种 制约。大家都知道，人的思考必须用语言作为其外在的形式，所以说，人的思考也必然要被 种层次的学生。教师课前准备多张卡片, 每张卡片上都写上一个题目和相应的提示或要求, 诸如：“就你的童年说一句话”、“就爱情说一句话”、“你认为爱情是双方各自对半的参与吗”、 “你认为教师的作用是什么”、“如何处理好同学邻里的关系”等，鼓励学生表达有关生活的 情感和思想，相互之间的关系等。游戏可由2至8人共同进行。有一点要明确的是，这种游 戏是非竞争性的，可称之为“非游戏”，在游戏中没有失败者，目标就是交流。在很多游戏中， 游戏者都是在扮演某一特定角色，但是在这种“非游戏”中参与者扮演的是自己，从自己的 角度阐述对主题的见解。 学生浏览卡片后选出自己感兴趣的题目，将提示抄下来，就卡 片上的提示思考10分钟左右，然后将自己的想法写出来。学生上交作业，老师应首先就思想 内容当面提出修改建议并讨论。此阶段的目标是鼓励学生更深层次和更细节性地思考。 下 一步是要求学生继续思考，根据与老师的讨论将文稿重写，目的就是写出一篇更加完整的和 复杂的、有深度的交流片断。当学生交上作业，老师应当与其再次个别交流讨论。如果写出 来的已经是一个更加有效的交流，将思想发展到了一更高的层次了，老师应当给与学生在最 结构、声音、语气、形状和形式。老师说“开始”后，学生不停顿地写20到30分钟，直至 老师说停。 自由写作结束后，学生们大声朗读自己写的东西，这时可以或略所有错误。 然后其他同学进行提问并热烈地讨论。要求每个学生都应有机会朗读并与其他同学讨论自己 的“传记”。接着, 老师批改，学生完成二稿，准备第二轮讨论。这样，对话质量就有了提高， 因为学生通过老师对其文稿的批改和与同学的讨论, 练习并且润色了语言, 语言水平得到了提高。 需要强调是，该项活动的讨论环节至关重要，没有这一环节，口语课则变成了纯粹的写作课了。 5.3 自传写作
