符号解释一、供电方式依据朱集煤矿1111(1)综采工作面机电设备的选型的参数、容量、电压等级、供电距离及工作面供风的要求,设备的布置安装地点等,拟定供电设计方案为(具体见供电图及设备布置图):1、由东一11-2煤层北盘区变电所5高防敷设一路MYPTJ-6/10-395335/3JS-2140m高压电缆,经-885m东一轨道大巷1111(1)工作面运输顺槽1#移变。从1#移变高压侧引MYPTJ-6/10-395335/3JS-20m高压电缆至2#移变,2#移变高压侧引MYPTJ-6/10-395335/3JS-20m高压电缆至3#移变。其中:1#移变供采煤机、破碎机,负荷电压等级为3300V;2#移变供刮板输送机、转载机,负荷电压等级为3300V;3#移变供乳化泵、喷雾泵,负荷电压等级为1140V。2、由东一11-2煤层北盘区变电所11高防敷设一路MYPTJ-6/10-395335/3JS-140m高压电缆,经-885m东一轨道大巷运输顺槽回风联巷。从4#移变高压侧引MYPTJ-6/10-395335/3JS-20m高压电缆至5#移变。其中:4#移变供轨运顺660V动力,负荷电压等级为660V;5#移变供运输顺槽皮带机、轨运顺无极绳绞车,负荷电压等级为1140V;二、负荷统计工作面主要设备的装机容量P4371.9kW,其中,电压为3300V的2638kW,电压为1140V的1490kW,电压为660V的243.9kW。表一 BQS50/12043766040.510回柱绞车JH-142226602411涨紧绞车1116601212照明综保ZBZ-10L4106608.8三、变压器选择根据负荷情况,将各类负荷分组供电,变压器的需用容量采用需用系数法计算各变压器的选择结果及负荷分配。1、1#变压器的选择(采煤机、破碎机)需用系数功率因数需用容量选用容量为2500kVA的移变,即KBSGZY2500kVA-10/3.45kV。2、2#变压器的选择(刮板输送机、转载机)需用系数功率因数需用容量选用容量为1600kVA的移变,即KBSGZY1600kVA-10/3.45kV。3、3#变压器的选择(乳化泵、喷雾泵)需用系数功率因数需用容量选用容量为630kVA的移变,即KBSGZY630kVA-10/1.2kV。4、4#变压器的选择(轨运顺660V动力)P41020.45211372222102372243.9kW需用系数功率因数需用容量选用容量为630kVA的移变,即KBSGZY630kVA-10/0.69kV。5、5#变压器的选择(顺槽皮带机、轨运顺无极绳绞车)需用系数功率因数需用容量选用容量为1600kVA的移变,即KBSGZY1600kVA-10/1.2kV。表二 对于采煤机的电压损失 根据GB50417-2007煤矿井下供配电设计规范及煤矿井下电缆安装、运行、维修、管理工作细则规定,电压损失校验按照不低于15%校验。满足要求2、2#移变供电系统电压损失2#变压器内部电压损失 对于刮板输送机的电压损失 根据GB50417-2007煤矿井下供配电设计规范及煤矿井下电缆安装、运行、维修、管理工作细则规定,电压损失校验按照不低于15%校验。满足要求3、3#移变供电系统电压损失3#变压器内部电压损失 对于乳化泵的电压损失
