一、玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管的产品概述玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管是通过HDPE塑料与玻璃纤维复合而成。玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管综合了塑料和玻璃纤维的一些特性。HDPE无臭、无毒，具有良好的耐寒性。玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管不但具有普通塑料管质轻、搬运装卸便利、施工简易、耐化学药品性能优良、流体阻力小、使用寿命长、维护方便等特点，而且玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管的机械强度远远大于普通HDPE管的机械强度，同时提高了管的耐温性能、热变形温度，并降低了尺寸不稳定的特点，克服了普通HDPE塑料管遇高温易蠕变、使用寿命短等缺点。我们突破并实现了HDPE管大口径化的生产。玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管化学稳定性好，能耐大多数酸碱盐的腐蚀(除了强氧化性的酸外)，不溶于石油，可用于含有酸碱土质的石油管道。玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管不但进一步拓宽了塑料管的使用范围，而且符合国家倡导的“以塑代钢”、“节能减排”、“绿色环保”的政策，有着广阔的市场发展前景。1.
