a b s t r a c t 摘要 本文是一份关于建立儿童日托中心的商业计划，拟在法国留尼汪岛首府圣但尼 建立一个名为“t a n t il a i s s a ”的儿童日托中心，主要提供对3 个月到3 岁儿童的全 方位看护工作。2 0 1 0 年，法国留尼汪岛大概有将近8 7 的地方需要日托中心，但是 由于大部分儿童日托中心在设立之初并没有进行完善的商业规划，经营状况并不理 想，导致日托中心的数量在日益减少。 本研究通过与当地政府进行合作，并对3 5 个家庭进行访问，使用s w o t 、p e s t 和p o t e r 五力模型等方法分析了留尼汪岛日托行业的整体情况。调研发现，由于当 地对儿童看护服务的需求在不断增长，因而开设一个儿童看护中心是明智之举。此 项目可以在获得盈利的同时也为那些焦急寻找儿童看护服务的家庭解决了燃眉之 急。
