印度尼西亚高丘项目安装调试说明：Specification of Indosenia project for debugging and installation. 本项目砂处理设计能力为90T/h,选用的S8623的沸腾床The designing output of this project is 90T/h, type of bed cooler:S8623S8623沸腾床设计砂处理能力为80110吨的热砂（沸腾床旧砂进口温度为110C），目的通过本设备将旧砂砂温冷却到40C5C或高于环境温度5C。The output of S8623 bed cooler is 80110 ton (hot sand) (the temperature of return sand at the inlet is 110C), using this bed cooler to make the temperature drop to 40C5C or 5C above the enviroment temperature.对旧砂的要求：Demand of the return sand为了达到旧砂的冷却目的，在旧砂进沸腾床之前，旧砂必须含有3%3.5%的含水量（建议在六角筛下方的皮带上加足够的水），在进沸腾床冷却过程中，将会失去1.5%2.0%的水分。To reach the purpose of cooling ,before the return sand entering into the bed cooler, the moisture of the return sand should be 3%3.5%(suggest to add enough water in the belt conveyor under the polygonal screen),during the process of cooling,the sand will lose 1.5%2.0% water.测温反馈 对进风口风机与除尘口风机的要求：Demand of the blower inlet and de-dust chamber:进风口风机：Blower inlet: 风机能提供流量20000m/h、压力为2500Pa的标准空气。 Blower can supply standard air, air flow: 20000m/h、pressure: 2500Pa除尘口的要求：Demand of the de-dust chamber: 本设备为集中一点除尘，除尘口处需达到形成600800Pa的负压，并能承载28000m/h的除尘风量。 This equipment collect dust at one point,so there should be about 600800Pa negative pressure,the air used to deal with dust should be 28000m/h.进气与排气口风量的调节:Adjustment of inlet and outlet air:首先，在沸腾床的进风口与出风口均需设有风量调节门，进风风机本身已自带了扇形风门调节门。除尘口处需设有风量调节阀，要求除尘系统厂家自备。First of all ,there should be air adjustment door at both inlet and outlet of the bed cooler. For the blower inlet ,there has already been a fan adjustment door. There should also be an adjustment value at the de-dust chamber and it needs to be supplied by the de-dust system company. 鼓风机可采用普通风机和变频风机两种：普通风机风量的控制，在除尘系统允许的情况下，尽可能开大鼓风机的调风阀，鼓风机的风量越大，越有利于旧砂的冷却。变频风机则可手动完全打开风机的调风阀，通过沸腾床后测得的旧砂温度，通过PLC来调节风机的转速，从而控制鼓风机的鼓风量与风压。 There are two kinds of bolwer, general blower and frequency conversion blower. For the air control of the general blower, open the adjustment value as bigger as possible if the de-dust system allows, more air ,more efficient of cooling. For the control of frequency conversion blower, the adjustment vlaue can be entirely opened by hand, in that case,reach the purpose of air control and pressure control according to the temperature mesured by bed cooler and addjustment of blower speed by PLC. 除尘口蝶阀在除尘系统允许的情况下，尽可能完全打开手动调风阀 Butterfly value at the de-dust chamber should be opened as bigger as possible if the de-dust system permits.其他说明：Other specification:1、 在本设备需与上方的供砂皮带连锁，在本设备本体与风机有一部件不工作的情况下，上方皮带不得向本设备供砂。This equipment interlock with the belt conveyor above. Whichever this equipment or the blower stops working, the belt conveyor above should stop feeding return sand any more.2、 在沸腾床体内，有砂的情况下，不得停止本设备This equipment shouldt be stopped if there is sand in it.3、 物料应该在保持最大效率的情况下，以均匀速度向本设备供砂。The equipment should be feeded homogenous with biggest efficiency.4、 在任何情况下，除尘口均需保持合适（轻微）的负压，确保粉尘不外扬。In
