中西方报纸新闻写作修辞对比 摘要 本论文对中西方报纸新闻写作进行修辞对比研究，主要是对新闻 报道篇章的觅材取材，布局谋篇和文体风格进行修辞对比。 研究表明，中西方在新闻写作的觅材取材方面有许多不同之处。 中国报纸侧重报道正面新闻，而西方记者则喜欢报道负面新闻。因此， 中国有些新闻往往缺乏必要的新闻背景知识，而西方记者重视新闻背 景的作用，为新闻提供了足够的新闻背景。此外，一些中国记者停留 在新闻的第一层次，即何人、何事、何时、何地，只报道事件本身， 而西方记者则深挖事件背后的原因、事件的发展以及事件造成的影 响。 相比而言，中西方在新闻的布局谋篇上差异较小，差异主要表现 在导语的结构和新闻要素的选择上，此外，中国的会议新闻结构严谨， 平铺直叙，变化甚少，而西方新闻的结构则呈多样化。 至于文体风格，中西方在措词和分段方面存在差异。有些中国记 者以新闻腔和官腔向读者陈述新闻内容，而西方记者则以平实白描的 语言向读者描述新闻事实。中国新闻段落长，每一段表述一个完整的 思想概念，而西方记者则把文章分成许多小段。 出现这些修辞差异的原因在于：中国记者强调新闻的宣传职能， 以是否是重大主题、热点问题等作为判断新闻价值的依据，而西方记 者则巧妙地处理新闻各要素，把作者的观点隐藏在新闻中，强调新闻
