（外国语言学及应用语言学专业论文）大学生英语写作中元话语手段使用研究.pdf

摘要 话语由基奉话语和元话语两个层面构成。基本话语作用在于提供命题内容； 元话语有助于作者对语篇进行组织，表达对命题的态度和实现与读者交流。困外 学者对元话语进行了理论研究和实证研究，但这些研究主要是针对本族语者或母 语并非汉语的幽际英语学习者( 以下称国际英语学习者) 进行的；国内学者对中 国英语学习者元话语手段使用的研究，大多与本族语者比较，少有学者参照同样 水平的h 际英语学习行。 本文将定量和定性研究桐结合，比较其他f i j 家英语学习者的表现，旨在研究 中国学生在英语写作中元话语使用情况，本研究主要讨论以一f j l 个问题： ( 1 ) 中圉与其他同家英语业学牛在写作中元话语的使j j 情况如何，有何 异同? ( 2 ) 根据元话语的分类，中幽英语学习者在写作中分别采取了哪些元话语 手段? ( 3 ) 中国学生在元话语的使用上有何问题? 造成这些问题的可能原冈是什 么? 定鼍分析对学习者语料库“中国学生英语笔语语料库( w e c c l ) ”和“国际 英语学习者语料库”( i c l e ) 选取的2 l 篇学生作文进行分析( 中国学习者、国外 学习者各1 2 篇) 。定性分析是采用从w e c c l 语料库中选取的实例，具体分析了中 国学- i i 在写作中使用元话语所犯的错误。本文的主要研究发现如下： ( 1 ) 巾囤学生使用元话语的总量超过固际英语学习者，表现出元话语手段 过多使用的整体趋辨。 ( 2 ) 在具体类型上，与其他围家学习者样，中国学生较多使用元话语手 段中表示自我提及，关系建莎的词语，较少使i i j 表证据与内指的手段。 ( 3 ) 中国学生写作中在元话语使用方面存住形式、逻辑、语法、语义和语 用误用的现象。其中，语法结构的误用主要存在丁前后一致的层而。这些问题最 有町能是山母语迁移和学习者过度概括造成的。 研究发现对二语；作有指导意义。由于受一螳研究条件的限制，本研究难免 存在一些局限。因此，有必要位今后的研究中对此问题进行进一步的探讨。 关键词：元话语，语料库，英语教学，错误分析，二语写作 a b s t r a c t a s t u d yo nt h eu s eo fm e t a -
