（英语语言文学专业论文）衔接在外语学习中的语篇功能研究.pdf

摘要 本文运用的理论主要包括：语篇的连贯、衔接与信息结构，旨在探讨如何提高大学 生的英语阅读能力和写作能力。所用语料是现行大学英语教材中的三篇课文，以及从2 4 0 名非英语专业学生的课文翻译中提取的相关材料。 通过对上述材料进行分析，发现错误的主要原因在于学生缺乏语篇意识，孤立地理 解单词、词组和句子的意思。一种可行的解决方法是：利用语篇的新旧信息理论对语篇 进行逐句的分析，从而帮助学生树立起语篇观念。在此基础上，便可以向学生灌输必要 的衔接理论知识。本文提出的方法是：在初级阶段，只就某一种衔接手段对语篇进行分 析，然后逐步过渡到系统分析语篇的所有衔接手段。 本文试图解决的另一个问题是：中国学生和英美学生在使用衔接手段方面存在着差 异。为解决这个难题，笔者认为应该充分利用信息度理论来选择恰当的衔接手段，最大 限度的传达作者的真实意图。一般而言，指称、替代和省略衔接手段可以提高信息度， 要求读者付出较大解读努力。而连接和词汇衔接手段则可以降低信息度，帮助读者更加 容易的理解语篇。 本文认为大学英语课堂有必要培养学生的语篇意识，应该介绍五种语篇衔接手段的 基本知识，以便提高学生的阅读能力和写作能力。 关键词：衔接衔接手段语篇 a b s t r a c t 1 1 1 i s p a p e rd r a
