摘要 2 0 世纪6 0 年代，随着人文主义心理学和二语习得理论的研究深入，越来越多 的研究者们关注情感因素对语言学习的影响。焦虑作为情感因素之一，对学生的 课堂英语学习的影响力是不容忽视的。以往研究表明，语言学习焦虑与学生的学 习成绩呈倒u 形结构。也就是说，焦虑过高或过低都对学生英语习得带来不良影 响，影响学生的学习成绩，而只有适度焦虑才能促进学生英语习得。 中国学生大多数的英语习得都是在课堂内进行的。课堂上各种因素都对学生 的焦虑产生或多或少的影响。而英语教师作为课堂上的主要因素，其课堂提问以 及反馈方式都会对学生产生焦虑，从而影响他们的正常习得。以前的语言焦虑综 述发现研究者很少从教师角度去分析学生焦虑产生的原因以及如何调控。所以本 论文从教师的课堂行为主要是课堂提问以及教师反馈( 纠错和评价方式) 来研究 焦虑产生的原因，并依此来调整教师的课堂行为，提高外语教学效果。 本研究采用定量与定性相结合等多种研究方法来探究这些问题。研究对象是 江南大学2 2 0 名非英语专业大一的学生。定量研究部分通过问卷调查的形式调查 了学生的英语学习焦虑状况，英语学习焦虑与教师提问，纠错和评价之间的关系。 为了更全面的了解大学英语课堂情况，作者还设计问卷调查了解大学英语老师的 授课习惯等。问卷调查的结果被输入到s p s s l 3 0 进行分析。定性研究部分通过半 结构式访谈，课堂观察进一步证实了问卷得到的结果。同时作者对访谈和课堂观 察也作了详细的记录。 数据分析的结果证实：1 ) 大学英语课堂中焦虑普遍存在，但有高度，适度和 低度之分。2 ) 教师的提问和反馈会给学生带来焦虑情绪。而不同焦虑程度的学生 对教师提问和反馈方式( 纠错和评价方式) 有不同要求。3 ) 中国英语老师在课堂 上多提问展示性问题，并没有给学生充足时间进行思考。在纠错方面，英语老师 倾向于立刻给学生纠错。但研究表明，大部分老师会考虑学生的情感因素，对于 学生的回答给予正评价。4 ) 学生更喜欢参考性问题，意义协商和重铸纠错法以及 恰当有效的积极评价，因为教师采用这样的教学方式引发的焦虑更少更能建立 和谐的师生关系，促进学生英语学习兴趣。 本研究提出的具体教学建议包括：1 ) 高校英语老师应该了解学生的语言学习 焦虑特点，意识到为学生提供低焦虑英语学习环境的重要性，同时帮助学生认识 到自身的英语学习焦虑情绪。2 ) 高校老师应考虑学生提出的让他们感到不太焦虑 的提问，纠错和评价方式，并针对不同焦虑的学生采用不同的教学方法。例如， 针对焦虑过低的学生，老师可以提问展示性问题，并点名让他们回答，从而引起 他们的注意，而对于适度焦虑和焦虑过高的学生，老师可以采用参考性问题，这 样一方面能减少他们的焦虑情绪，另一方面能引起他们的学习兴趣。纠错方面， 针对焦虑过低学生，老师可以直接纠错，同时要给予鼓励，这样引起学生的注意 并增强他们的信心。而针对适度和高焦虑学生，老师不可以立刻直接纠错，可以 采取意义协商法，或者课下个别纠错。评价方式上，希望老师能够避免负评价， 给学生恰当的积极评价，并经常鼓励他们的进步，让他们不断肯定自己。 希望本研究中的发现能有助于英语教师们提高教学中的课堂外语学习焦虑意 识，探析教师行为对学生的课堂焦虑影响以及采取何种对策把学生阻碍性焦虑转 化成促进性焦虑。 关键词：语言学习焦虑课堂焦虑量表教师提问教师反馈 a b s t r a c t s i n c et h e19 7 0 s ，t h ef o c u so ne n g l i s hl e a r n i n ga n dt e a c h i n gh a sb e e ns h i f t e df r o m t h ew a yt h et e a c h e rt e a c h e st ot h ew a yt h el e a r n e rl e a r n s ，o w i n gt ot h ed e v e l o p m e n to f h u m a n i s t i cp s y c h o l o g ya n dt h ee x p l o r a t i o no ft h es e c o n dl a n g u a g ea c q u i s i t i o n m o r e a n dm o r et e a c h e r sa n dr e s e a r c h e r s p a yi n c r e a s e da t t e n t i o nt ol e a r n e r s a f f e c t i v e v a r i a b l e s a n x i e t y , a so n eo ft h em o s ti m p o r t a n ta f f e c t i v ev a r i a b l e s ，h a sp r e v a i l e di n f o r e i g nl a n g u a g el e a r n i n ga n di ta t t r a c t sm o r ea n dm o r ea c a d e m i cc o n c e r n so ff o r e i g n o rs e c o n dl a n g u a g et e a c h i n gw o r l d s al a r g en u m b e ro fp r e v i o u ss t u d i e ss h o wt h a t a n x i e t yi sp o s s i b l yt h em o s tp e r v a s i v eo b s t r u c t i o ni ns e c o n d f o r e i g nl a n g u a g el e a r n i n g a n dt h er e l a t i o n s h i pb e t w e e na n x i e t ya n dp e r f o r m a n c ei sa ni n v e r t e d -
